Really happy with our new kitchen - from Wrens - and worktops just make it look sharmazing 😍

We have waited three weeks for worktops and installation has been cancelled twice. First time 36 hours prior to installation date and second 12 hours prior. The reasons being given and advice does not add up.

As a company they leave it to an office worker to advise the customer their installation is cancelled and this is delivered after 5pm once the factory staff have gone home. So customer left overnight before they can find out what is going on.

We have lost all confidence in the company and wonder if worktops will ever be delivered! We are dreading what happens if and when the worktops gets installed as we then move into templating and installation of upstands.

Totally marred the excitement of a new kitchen

Had our Corian worktops fitted yesterday. Yes, you do have to wait (for quite a while) but it's totally worth it. Ours were templated on October 2nd and were told 10 days but 3 weeks later we get an email saying it's only going into production. Slightly annoying but everything after that has been very swift and efficient. 2 days later our fitting date was confirmed and all carried out yesterday. 4 weeks from template to installation. The worktops are amazing and are worth the wait, but take the quoted "10 days" with a massive pinch of salt and prepare for a wait (and lots of oven dinners!). Fitters were friendly, fast and clean. Would recommend Corian & J Rotherham to anyone!

We love our worktop. We did wait a bit longer than expected but are thrilled with the finished product. No joins makes the design flow around two sides of our kitchen and is SO easy to keep clean. Love it. Keith & Jac Clarke

Quick and easy to order and most importantly arrived the next day

Excellent job, worktops look fantastic, friendly efficient service. Time took to fit from template about two week, which Wren advised us, had temporary sink, so no problem, would recommend.

We ordered our kitchen through Wren (who we cannot fault at all) Rotherham’s initially came to carry out the worktop templating quite quickly, however we then waited nearly 4 weeks for them to come back and fit it. 4 weeks without a worktop was a nightmare! When the fitting date finally arrived it was a huge let down. It was clear to see our worktops had been rushed through the manufacturing process and there were so many faults. A meter long scratch down one of the worktops, some corners rounded, some square, one section cut out of level so it stuck out more on one side, I could go on and on...
We reported this immediately to Rotherham’s who asked us to send pictures and they’d come back to us. It took a week of me chasing by phone (which you are always on hold for ages before you get through) to finally get a response from them. We were told we would have to wait another 3 weeks for a remedial appointment for them to come and assess the issues. Someone has been out today, he fixed a few issues on site (whilst making a mess and taking chunks out of our newly plastered and painted walls when removing the worktop) but with regards to the huge scratch we were told that there’s nothing Rotherhams can do and we would have to go back to Wren to sort it out. What an absolute joke of a company!

Efficient service, helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful worktops and fitted with great speed and left the place clean and tidy afterwards.

Quick and professional installation. Looks great

2 Very friendly chaps delivered and installed. Very quick and tidy. They stayed for a cuppa (didn't realise they drove so far) and were on their merry way. Would defo recommend to anyone. The only negative (and it's not big) is that the email stated they would arrive between 1030 and 1300 but they were bang on 0800..I was in my PJs as took a days leave to be there. Bit embarrassing but I felt sorry for them having the door answered by me ha.

Like many on here we had to wait almost 3 weeks for the installation of the work tops which was frustrating as I was 38 weeks pregnant and had no work tops. Made a complaint to Wren about this as well as J Rotherham’s but got no where.
In addition contacting the company was very frustrating and any phone calls to them resulted in a minimum of 13 minute wait on hold.
I was told my fitters would arrive between 3-5pm, they called at 4.45 to advise they were running behind and would be an hour. Ended up being at the house till 7.20 whilst this was being fitted 38 weeks pregnant, on my own and we were not living in the house.
The guys who fitted it were very apologetic and nice and that’s the only reason this is a 2 star review not 1.
No issues so far with the Quartz counter tops however had we have known we’d have all these issues we would of bought from an external company.

I love the look of my quartz worktop but it does chip easily. Much more than I thought it would.

They did a wonderful job and were very polite and helpful , would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone

Would be good if you can reply to my email. There is a slight damage to one of my worktops, emailed requesting someone contact me but nothing as yet. Very hard to get through on the telephone. Perhaps someone will contact me after reading a poor review...

Thrilled with the quality and fitting of our quartz work tops. Everything was done as scheduled to a very high standard.

It would have been nice to receive the sink and hob cut outs as chopping boards

Love the worktop.
Only got 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery was too long.
We were told 5 - 10 days by surveyor but it took 23 days.

Cannot fault the product. I absolutely love the quality of the worktop and the fitting went without a hitch. However like so many reviewers here on Trustpilot, lead time exceeded the quoted “13 days from template” which Rotherhams state. In fact it took 23 days for installation. This additional 2 weeks for a family attempting to operate without a kitchen was no fun. Customer Services were very dismissive - “we are very busy and there is no movement on the installation date, 13 days is actually 13 working days” and then just referred me back to Wren as “your contract is with them”. I would echo the thoughts of others and suggest Rotherhams need to gear up to cover increased production volumes as they risk continuing to disappoint many customers and spoilt what should be an exciting time having spent alot of time and money planning a kitchen.

I have the Quartz fitted on Friday last week.

it was not the same shade with the worktop and the Quartz is shorted by 2cm at one end, another end shorted by 0.5cm and the corners were cut while they were fitting....

One piece much longer than the fitting. Some pieces were missing out...

what is purpose for taking the template?.

Botched job and very unprofessional finished
Colour shade not the same.....
