I think the highlight of my experience was probably when things became most frustrating. In response to my frustration, Irfaan made sure that I was closely updated as a customer like myself would want to be. The communication was extremely extremely helpful to have, particularly has a first time buyer.

I'm a first-time buyer and Ruby Allen has been fantastic throughout the process. She's approachable, clear and efficient in her communications, and has made the whole thing feel like it's been smooth sailing. Even when I've emailed every day in the run-up to exchange I've never been made to feel like anything other than a valued client.

I was able to conduct almost all the business online, meaning that I never had to go into a solicitors office, I could do everything at my own pace at a time convenient for for me. Always courteous, answered my questions with a prompt reply.

We are first time buyers and so naturally we didn't know how the conveyancing process works. Luckily we got paired with Joelle Pasala at JS Law who was so patient and friendly. She was always available if we had any questions and would throughly explain everything we needed to know. Joelle really made the process smooth sailing. She is efficient and professional. We’re so grateful for Joelle helping us throughout the process. We would highly recommend her to anyone who requires a conveyancer.

Only downside is that their billing/statements are very confusing. Before you clear your final payment, please check your statement thoroughly. As part of my feedback, I would suggest JS Law to improve their statement by presenting them in a more simple way.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better conveyancer than Lailah at JS Law. She was fantastic throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way and always taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions.

My purchase wasn't straightforward, and Lailah handled an extremely difficult estate agent professionally and efficiently, helping to keep everything moving forward. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available when I needed advice or reassurance.

My partner and I have just bought our first home together, at first we thought this process would cause a great deal of stress but thankfully we had Kelly Hulley at our side that stream lined our process stress free, we had a few bumps along the way but she made sure that our needs were put first a foremost and was just a delight, would definitely use her again as she made it all look way too easy :)

Had to come on here as the phone is never answered, we urgently need a TP1 form and a name change to be done, we have tried for about a year now, when we ring no answer ever, we have a cracked wall...NHBC form cannot be done until I have this form from you...so please address this review that we can get this sorted.Also I was never given a form telling us we would be slap bang next to the worst social housing neighbours (set of 4 houses) you will ever get....I would never have bought the house if I knew that.kG...you have a lot to answer for!

I recently used JS Law for a property purchase and was very pleased with the service. My conveyancer Ruby Allen was very professional and prompt. This is my second time using JS Law and I would definitely use them in the future.

Due to problems with the seller’s solicitor we had a very difficult three months however Halima Daud was always available on the end of the phone and made matters bearable.
When progress appeared to be slow, Halima would expedite the issue quickly and efficiently. Issues around planning and exchange were an example of this.
We don’t feel that we would have coped as well without Halima’s support.
