Had to come on here as the phone is never answered, we urgently need a TP1 form and a name change to be done, we have tried for about a year now, when we ring no answer ever, we have a cracked wall...NHBC form cannot be done until I have this form from you...so please address this review that we can get this sorted.Also I was never given a form telling us we would be slap bang next to the worst social housing neighbours (set of 4 houses) you will ever get....I would never have bought the house if I knew that.kG...you have a lot to answer for!

I recently used JS Law for a property purchase and was very pleased with the service. My conveyancer Ruby Allen was very professional and prompt. This is my second time using JS Law and I would definitely use them in the future.

Due to problems with the seller’s solicitor we had a very difficult three months however Halima Daud was always available on the end of the phone and made matters bearable.
When progress appeared to be slow, Halima would expedite the issue quickly and efficiently. Issues around planning and exchange were an example of this.
We don’t feel that we would have coped as well without Halima’s support.

Irfaan has been very helpful with the purchase of our house. He answered any queries I had via email. Although he doesn’t answer the phone very often, but always had same day replies to the emails.

It has taken us 3 months start to finish. The online platform is also very helpful.

Instructed to sell my mother’s house as her health Is failing. Very poor communication from the beginning but as soon as the conveyancer found out my mother was severely sight restricted they said they could not deal with the sale. And the conveyancer was rude as well just Now my mother may be old but has full capacity and heard every word she said and was very upset after this. No compassion at all was demonstrated.
Discrimination rings a bell.. then the fun started..we had paid a initial fee to this firm.. and apparently it will be refunded.. numerous emails have gone unanswered.. telephone is not answered..

Eventually got someone who asked for her bank details..theses have been sent 8 times now with various different pictures..to two different people as requested.. still waiting for funds to be returned. Ombudsman is now being contacted.

Would have given zero stars if able too.

Aisha made the journey of selling my house very stres free. She always replied to any questions I had on the same day, she was very helpful and friendly Aisha made me feel at ease. Aisha's communication skills are 100% which goes a long way when selling a house. I would definitely recommend JS Law and 100% ask for Aisha 😀 keep up your good work 😀

Impossible to contact anyone there. I purchased a house with JS Law acting as my conveyancer in August 2025. Today in June 2026 I still have outstanding documentation and I can't get anyone on either phone or email to even talk to me, let alone answer questions.
I have tried emailing and calling my conveyancer directly, I have tried calling the team phone line, I have tried emailing the general enquiries line and have even filed a formal complaint as recommended by the person on the switchboard in the hope that that would prompt someone to acknowledge my emails.
Basically once you have completed and paid your money they will want nothing more to do with you, even if there is still outstanding work to do.
Avoid these cowboys like the plague.
Edit to say that I have now been contacted by my conveyancer, and while the response to my query is appreciated, is it really necessary to word you email in such a way as to make your paying customer feel like a massive inconvenience?

I am a profoundly Deaf sign language user. I was refused service from this firm for my purchase conveyancing needs because I cannot use the voice phone! They obviously haven't heard of the Equality Act 2010. I have found a wonderful caring solicitors since. First time in my 66 years that I've been made to feel rejected and discriminated against. AVOID!
