Item broke in 3 months, got replacement. Wish item was better quality but greatful for good customer service.

My steam deck dock broke after 3 months of use. While the customer service was fast and I will be receiving a replacement, I have some disappointment that it failed in the first place. I try to avoid waste and I'm sad that this seems to be a common issue with JSAUX products.

TLDR, great customer service, but product quality is lacking. They break quickly/easily.

FlipGo Pro, support line - PERFECT :)

I actually own two JSAUX FlipGo Pro monitors now and they're excellent for mobility (weight, size, functionality). Their durable housing makes them perfect for travel when folded, and they effectively expand my workspace to 3 screens.

I've also had the pleasure of working with the JSAUX support team, which has been absolutely amazing (thank you Nina!). Your approach to customer service, understanding of issues, and quick responses put JSAUX at the highest level of customer support.

I could not recommend them ENOUGH!!!
Best handheld accessory company out there, i bought literally every switch 2 accessory on their website the products are very high quality.
Had an issue with the delivery company but Nancy and ashley from the support team were very helpful and i was reassured and i was sent a replacement as the delivery company had lost the first one.
Very thankful for the whole team at JSAUX for their amazing products and service.

Great Support

I ordered an accessory kit for my Steam deck half a year ago. Recently during use i discovered the kickstand was damaged. I contacted customer support about the issue and they quickly shipped out a replacement part free of charge. Great Product and awesome customer Support!

JSAUX, timely, polite, and true to their word.

Emailed on 10/20/25 about issues/concerns with a Steam Deck back plate after approx 1 year of usage. Was promptly emailed back within 24hrs advising that a replacement would be sent out within the next few days. To my surprise my replacement was in by that weekend!(I should include that I got a complete package replacement with all back trigger accessories and not just the back plate itself) Customer support was swift and sincere in their responses. And all expectations were exceeded. Easily the most pleasant Warranty experience I have ever received. Will surely be looking to buying more JSAUX products in the future since I know I can count on them to stand true to their Warranty and their word.

Responsive Customer Support

Had an issue with shipping, emailed support, answered the questions they asked and they resolved the issue all within 24 hours of purchase at no extra cost. Really can't ask for a better customer service experience on the internet.

FLIPPING FANTASTIC!

I got the flipgo monitor from kick starter. I absolutely love it. The service has also been fantastic. My only complaint/feedback is i wish they sold the data cable separately. I foster kittens... and I try to keep them away from cords but.... they're kittens. Jsaux wouldn't sell me one, but they offered me a free one time replacement!!
They answer their emails extremely quickly... my lack of tech skills had difficulties setting up my touch screen but they helped right away. Very happy I took the chance and always get compliments when I take it out in public!

Order issue resolved

I ordered an accessory kit which during application discovered there was a missing piece. I contacted customer support about the issue and they quickly shipped out a full replacement kit free of charge. I am very happy with both the product quality and their swift support solution.

Great cord, great company

Even though I had an issue with the cord I bought, I want to give 4 stars because they stepped up and sent me another to replace the one that doesn't work. I love this cord. Its thick and firmly fits into my iPad. Its a well made cord. Every product can have issues from time to time. What makes a product great is the company that stands behind it.

JSAUX is legit. I’ve used their cables for years without issue, and a stand for my PS Portal. I messed up a screen protector install (twice!) and they replaced it even though my fault. What more could you want?

Amazing company and customer service

My experience with Jsaux comes on mixed emotions.

I ordered a dock and a battery upgrade for my asus rog ally as they came highly recommended from within the community as the best and easiest to install. The purchase was super fast and easy and they were up front the delivery could be longer than usual. But still I was excited for my purchase.

After a few weeks of following my purchase tracker and noticing no change, the last update said something akin to “returned to sender”. I had a feeling this was due to shipping a battery internationally and of course the current trade climate but I wanted to be sure.

I reached out to the customer service and they were incredibly fast to respond and super polite and honest about the problem and they confirmed the product was rejected and returned. They refunded me my money and suggested some options to purchase the product via other means (Amazon etc). They even went so far as to offer me a credit for the inconvenience. I couldn’t accept that offer though as it wasn’t their fault my country rejected the product.

All in all I didn’t get the battery upgrade I wanted from jsaux but the dock I was able to purchase elsewhere and am ecstatic to have it. My experience kind of sucked but it was not jsaux’s fault and in fact they were above and beyond empathetic and helpful to my question and concern. I am very impressed by the company as a whole and will definitely shop with them again when the current trade climate settles down.
