I had a piece of a bigger product breqk of, i just wanted information on where or how i could replace it if possible. They just gave me a new one. What's better is that they were super professional, quick and polite.

I bough a usb c hub for my steam deck…

I bough a usb c hub for my steam deck that for some reason stopped working properly so I reached out to JSAUX for a replacement and they sent me a new one which seems to be working better now. Their response and turnaround time has been very fast and I was able to get a replacement within a few days after showing proof it wasn’t working. All in all, I would definitely recommend JSAUX just for their customer service alone.

I bought a battery upgrade for the ROG…

I bought a battery upgrade for the ROG Ally, great product, installation guide, accessories. Unfortunately half a year later the battery completely died, no reseating, updating or light sensor fiddling did the trick.

Luckily JSAUX were forthcoming and acknowledge their faulty battery and immediately sent a new, which has been working so far. Great customer support 🙌

Amazing Customer Support

Ordered the FlipGo Horizon 144Hz portable monitor set. The item arrived with one of the monitors cracked right in the middle, most likely due to rough handling by the shipping company.

I contacted JSAUX support on the same day, sent the item back, and got a replacement set with no issues. The whole process was very smooth, and the support team was very responsive. I'm impressed!

I ordered a bunch of JSAUX stuff for my steam deck off Amazon, I was so excited when they arrived, I got it all of it except for the kickstand that is supposed to come with the mod case. Luckily their support team was able to send me one free of charge and it was no hassle at all. Thanks Nancy

Love This Portable Dual-Screen Setup – Great for On-the-Go Work (After a Quick Replacement)

I bought the JSAUX FlipGo 16" portable monitor from Amazon a few months ago, and I'm really glad I did—once I got a good unit!
Right off the bat, this thing is a game-changer for someone like me who's always on the move. The dual 16" screens in that clever flip/clamshell design give me so much extra real estate without lugging around multiple devices. It's perfect for multitasking—whether I'm working on spreadsheets, coding, browsing with references open, or just extending my laptop screen while traveling or at coffee shops. The build feels solid, the magnetic stand (or whatever mounting options it has) is super convenient, and the overall portability is excellent. Brightness and color look sharp for productivity, and it's a huge productivity boost compared to a single laptop screen.
Unfortunately, the first unit I received developed a blank screen issue after just a couple of months of normal use. When I'd power it on and open it up, both screens would stay completely black—no response at all. It was disappointing after how much I was enjoying it.
But JSAUX (and Amazon) handled the return and replacement perfectly. They approved the return quickly, and I got a brand-new replacement sent out without any hassle. The new one has been working flawlessly ever since, and I'm thrilled with it all over again. That level of customer support turned a potential negative experience into a positive one.
If you're someone who's constantly on the go and needs more screen space, I highly recommend the JSAUX FlipGo 16". Just know that while rare defects can happen (like with any electronics), the company stands behind their product. Five stars for the monitor itself and the great service!
Would buy again (and hopefully won't need to replace this one anytime soon 😄).

Costumer service is great. High quality products

I ordered a ModCase for my ROG Ally X, the one I received had a loose kickstand that wouldn't stay on the back. I contacted JSAUX costumer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. The ModCase itself fit perfectly and has no issues and is great for protecting my Ally X.

I purchased a FlipGo external monitor 6 months ago. One of the 2 screens went black, so I reached JSAUX for a guarantee claim. Ashley from JSAUX was great when immediately took my claim and served me with the means to return the equipment and eventually provided me with a new equipment honoring the guarantee in a very smooth process. The claim process went smoothly and to my entire satisfaction. I recommend JSAUX as a very serious and honorable supplier.

Replacement of Flipgo Portable Dual Monitor

JSAUX stands behind their products! I have been buying their long cables for my iPhone and iPad for a few years and I have been very happy with them. On my recent purchase one of the cables was not working and I contacted them directly. They got back to me within 24 hrs and replaced my cable at no charge which I received a few days after my initial correspondence with them. I would recommend their products and their company highly to anyone who is interested on purchasing their products.
