Disorganised and poor customer service
Company is an absolute shambles. 2 weeks after placing my order I still haven't received it.
It took me several attempts to get any reply from them.
Once the owner got back to me they have been replying promptly to my messages but zero follow up has happened.
I was promised several times that my order would be dispatched that day and that tracking info would be provided however this didn't happen.
I had to chase it yet again today to final get a notification that it will be shipped.

Absolute pleasure buying from these guys. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. Genuine, down to earth, and very helpful. Mark even took the trouble to follow up & check I’d received my beautiful G&S Pine Design deck on time. Can’t fault their service, at such great value for money, 5 stars from me !!
