I’ve bought several times from this company. The first time I got my order in 16 days when shipping says 5-7 days. They wait to ship past the 5 day mark. The next order was almost 20 days before arrival and my fish died. The next order I did for a relative and he needed it fast so we did the two day shipping costing me $40. The company was closed that Monday and did not announce it on the website site or I wouldn’t have paid that extra money. The item did not ship for two days! Customer service is rude and lacks the empathy n skills to assist. I was told I would get my $40 back then a follow up email said ohh nope we aren’t going to give it back sorry. The shipping policy states if you order before 5pm it process the same day. Which is a lie!!! They wait up to 5 days to process. I would rather pay extra at another site then to buy from these scammers who steal your money.

Placed an order before I read the bad reviews.tried to send them an email and I got a message that said cannot send...looks like I got ripped off....from now on I will order in the U.S. only.

16 Jul 2024 First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off

Total scam. I placed an order beginning of August it’s end of September now and never received my order. Jay would reply to my text messages but it was always the same “I’ll follow up on your order” or “I’m waiting on info from the shipping company”. Do not order from this company.

Scammer. Website looked proper when I ordered but their Compaines House page is fishy. Their website is now down and phone disconnected. I ordered some wheels and bearings (over £100) on Sept 1st and still haven’t received anything. I’ve had two email correspondence since then with the last being on the 14th in which they said they’d send tracking info and a further 10% off my order when I received it. After emailing on the 19th to say I haven’t received anything, I haven’t heard anything back. Besides Juicy Skate, they also have Health Hut Supplements and The Vintage Skateboard Co registered to the same person…so don’t order from those sites either.

Juicy skate is just the latest skate webshop run by some guy from Plymouth (I suspect), it has had previous names and each time the same things happen, he supplies some people fine but then others just seem to get mugged off, the listed address for the business as far as I can tell exists but it's not listed as Juicy skate on the official list of occupiers at that trading estate. Previous names have been Skate 360, Early Skate store, probably others too. Suspect some of these positive reviews aren't genuine.

18/7: Ordered a board
25/7: first try to contact Juicy Skate (tried live chat, email and mobile)
27/7: first response via text message
3/8: First reply with actual information (problems with courier (true or false, idk)
7/8: Juicy Skate proposes to refund as the parcel seems lost. Me reluctant as this was the only place in Europe they sold the board my son wanted and it was their last one in stock. JS tells me they will have it back in stock in the week of 21 Aug. We agree to wait until then
21/8: I tell them i would like the same one from the new stock and asks them if they have the stock already. They say it will be midweek.
5/9: After chasing them, got reply that the board we wanted is not in the new stock and they suggest other colours
6/9: I ask for a refund. No reply
21/9: I ask how things are with refund. They say they will check. No further response
28/9: Get told it's still pending. Suggest to refund via Paypal. I dont have a paypal. They say they will chase the bank. No further response
18/10: Me chasing them again and telling them i had to replace my damaged bank card. They say that shouldn't be a problem. That was their last message. I ask them why it still hasn't come through. No response.
21/10: Me chasing again
29/10: And again

You can judge for yourself how you rate this. But the only reason they get 2 stars, is because they're smale scale and friendly.

Board not arrived after months. Super disappointed. Website appears to be down. Clearly done the same to others. Would avoid - probably owner went bankrupt or they are frauds because website down and no reply to emails.

Awful.
It had been two months since I ordered from Juicy and I hadn't received anything, even though they'd assured me multiple times that it was "on it's way" or they were "dealing with it". I then asked for a refund and they said that would be "issued straight away"... It's been a month since then and I have had no refund and no parcel. What on earth is going on with these guys I have no idea. But it seems now they've gone under, or the website is down?? So I'm way out of pocket on this one.

I must say. I’ve dealt with a few skate companies but these guys are on the ball. The customer service is second to none and the range of merchandise is fantastic! 10/10

Are these previous reviews real? I ask because yesterday I bought some YoYo skateboard wheels and today (less than 24hrs) they are here with me! Cannot fault the service one bit. The wheels are amazing, just like the ones way back when.

Communication was great. Delivery company was bumpy with information about the delivery but this was out of our hands and Mark went out of his way and bent over backwards to accommodate for this. Thank you for your hard work and honesty.

Lightning fast postage

Placed my order with them and a week and a half went by with no updated. Can see they're a relatively small company so wasn't too annoyed so sent off a email, then another a few days after when there was no reply. Received a text saying that it'll be sent out, saw it updated as shipped with no tracking number. Another week and a half with no tracking number, messaged them twice after asking for a tracking number or an update and just met with 'I'll find out for you' then no response. Great having a good line of contact with the company but not when you don't receive answers. All in all took just over a month to receive my parcel.
