Support like a scam-company
TLDR: Okej but fragile products. If something is wrong it is impossible to get in touch with the support. Don’t buy from them if you aren’t okej to gamble with your money.
My pair of sunglasses got a manufacturing error and I’ve tried to contact Julbo for over one month, however, the support is nonexistent. If they wasn’t a known and established brand I would think this was a scam company. The only contact I’ve gotten is one email after my last negative review on trustpilot, but that email conversation didn’t get any reply.
They don’t have a working chat. Their phone number is dead. Their mail obviously doesn’t get any attention.
This is my final try to get a hold of the support but I don’t expect much.

No support response, no cancellation possible
Habe mehrere Brillen bestellt und wollte jetzt einige reklamieren, da sie mir nicht passen. Ich kann mich aktuell nicht in meinen Julbo Account einloggen. Das zurücksetzen des Passwortes funktioniert genauso wenig, obwohl ich mir sowieso sicher bin dass das eingegebene korrekt ist. Anscheinend gibt es Probleme mit der Website. Ich habe bereits mehrer Emails geschrieben und keine Antwort vom Support erhalten. Telefonisch ist der Support auch nicht erreichbar, das Gespräch wird automatisch nach einigen Sekunden beendet. Ich hoffe ich bekomme bald eine Rückmeldung vom Support, sonst muss ich mich wohl an Paypal wenden um mein Geld zurückzubekommen.

I ordered several pairs of glasses and wanted to make a complaint because they don't fit me. I am currently unable to log into my Julbo account. Resetting the password doesn't work either, although I'm sure the one I entered is correct anyway. Apparently there are problems with the website. I have already written several emails and have not received a reply from support. The support is also not available by phone, the call is automatically ended after a few seconds. I hope I get a response from support soon, otherwise I will probably have to contact Paypal to get my money back.

Catastrophique!!!
Hi, I can only recommend to not purchase their products via web-shop. The orders take long time to be shipped, and when trying to send back in the promised 14-days period (without reasons), there is NO process in the portal to start the returning-process. You can only start a product-complaint and try to send back, but nobody cares about your order. The best: there is only one telefone number to call, without any country-prefix (guess its french) but the number is not found by my fon-provider. There is NO, absolutely NO way to contact these guys unless you take a ride to Longchaumois. Can be beautiful to travel to, but this process has NOTHING to do with a modern shopping experience!! Absolutely NOTHING!!
