The delivery was quick, the item I purchased was too big and the smaller size wasn't available which was disappointing. I chose to return the item to a store to avoid the return charge of £4.50. The refund was processed quickly but £4.50 had been deducted. Email to Jules B resolved the issue and I received an apology for the error. The amount is irrelevant, it is the principal that Jules B do not follow their own returns policy and left me wondering if this is common practise?

The delivery was smooth but I received the wrong product. I ordered some sunglasses described as Polarised on both the website and the barcode label of the product but they're the standard lens version.

Very quick delivery, nicely package. A good price ( I have seen the exact same garment in a local boutique for more).
