Lovely trainers. Superb customer service
I’d bought these trainers elsewhere but they were too big so I was very pleased to find them on Jules B in the size I needed. Chuffed with my new trainers. Even better though was the after sales customer service. On the day they delivered I had an email with an extra discount offer. The code was valid on my trainers. I contacted CS by email asking if they would honour the discount and apply it retrospectively to my order or did I need to return & re-order. Thankfully they agreed to apply the extra discount without the rigmarole of having to send them back/me but again. I’d definitely shop here again & recommend them

This was the first time purchasing cotton PJ's from this site and I was not disappointed, the quality was good, felt soft with some nice detailing absolute bargain at sale price. Items were delivered and packaged really well although parcel force left it at the wrong address which isn't jules B fault as it was clearly labeled on the front of the package. The items I ordered were lovely. Really great quality and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend Jules B and would use their website again.
