Excellent service.Juno on…

Ordered a Beatles album from Juno on Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday. Given that I live in Dundee that was an exceptionally quick delivery.
I have never had to make a complaint with this company due the excellent service they give.

Everything is fine as usual but the reason I only gave 4 stars is this. I usually ask for an email reminder for a new release rather than doing a preorder. I have 2 items on preorder at the moment but I only took them out because there was a 10% off offer on preorders a few months ago. The reason I don’t do preorders is because I can’t add any other items to them to make up the £75 needed to qualify for free postage. I’m not rich but you may have noticed that just about all of my orders come to a little over £75. This is the reason why. My last order included The Who - “Live At Voorburg” (R&B 180), which I had preordered at 10% off about 4 months ago. It cost £19.58 before VAT or about £23. I didn’t confirm payment for the preorder before I parted with any money because 10% saving on just that item doesn’t even cover half of the postage so for just one item it didn’t seem worthwhile activating the offer. Unless I am wrong - happy to be corrected - you don’t have a facility to add other items to the preorder on the day of its release. I don’t know how much this would upset your system but it would make a big difference to me if you were able to do this. I would do more preorders if this was the case and you’d get over £75 from me each time. Think about it. Apart from that your service is excellent, I have no complaints and I have spoken well about you to some of my friends. Delivery is reliable and customer service is easy and friendly unlike some other services I’ve dealt with. Will continue to recommend you to others in the future.

Dear Paddy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and provide feedback. Due to the high volume of titles we sell, and that Pre Order releases are often in high demand, and arrive in large quantities, they are despatched the same day they are received. This means we don't need to store them, and can therefore keep our space rotating for more titles. In addition to this, some pre orders don't arrive for many months, so we can't hold an existing order whilst waiting for them to arrive. For this reason they are also excluded from the £75 order value for free shipping in the UK that you mention, as they are only available on items being despatched in one parcel. Best Regards Juno
