We do expect the supplier/label to check the pressing quality of records during the manufacturing stage, but please be assured that we keep comprehensive records of faults reported to us and pass them back to the supplier. Unfortunately, our operation is too large for us to open and play every listing we receive so we do offer a replacement or refund for defects of this nature. I've just had another majorly positive experience with Juno. I ordered 5 records on Saturday lunchtime (16th May) and they were delivered the following day in less than 24 hours. Items were well packaged too and items as described all new and sealed.
I think Juno is the best online record company to deal with. I can't fault the service at all. Well done guys.

Juno: top quality online retailer
Having ordered innumerable times from Juno over the last six years, the service that they offer is second to none in comparison with other outlets that I've used over many years.
They have always despatched orders very promptly in quality packaging, as all customers have come to expect from online retailers, and when there have occasionally been problems with the quality of pressings they have always resolved matters expediently.
My last order of two slipcased vinyl editions of multiple records was a prime candidate for sustaining damage occasioned by rough handling by the postal service but, due to being securely packaged in cardboard then wrapped in bubble wrap and an outer covering, all of which were taped up with an obvious degree of care, they arrived in perfect condition as is the norm with Juno.
As they continue to offer a particularly good selection of music on record, that is always despatched on the day that it's ordered, I'm sure that I'll avail myself of their excellent service many more times in the future.
