Not often I do a review, but 5 stars
Not often I do a review, but this is really positive. Firstly, the order was processed very quickly and sent to the courier that they use. The record cleaning machine was delivered very quickly and the packaging was first class. The machine is easy to assemble and works very well. My only comment would be the vacuum arm doesn't quite sit flush on the vinyl record and leaves a little stripe of cleaner on the record. I just wonder if there needs to be any adjustment?
Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase of the Pro Ject cleaning machine.

Fantastic company to deal with. Items are well priced and sent out promptly. All orders have been received the next day. Packaging is excellent, sturdy box and contents are wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Highly recommend Juno.

Juno no more.
I’ve always appreciated Juno for their vast selection and keen price, however today I dropped them a line asking for advice/information about a couple of old orders. The response was woeful. Effectively - these are old orders so I won’t help you. I wasn’t asking for a refund, or a return, or anything really, just information and where I might find it. He (I’m not naming him here) could have given the appearance of trying to help, but chose to be completely dismissive instead. Clearly he couldn’t be bothered so I won’t bother shopping at Juno in future. I’m not a massive customer, but treating your customers with contempt like that for no reason is inexcusable.

I don’t think it’s really the fault of Juno.
But I haven’t actually received my item yet.
This because I didn’t knowingly enter a delivery address on my order. Some how however, maybe through some errant default during my registration, which I completed at the same time. The item was delivered to my previous address. Which is multiple miles from my current one.
Thankfully, I was able to have it retrieved by an acquaintance who still lives in the area.
Once I’m united with my item, I’ll be in a position to review the entire experience.
