Never choose this scam in your life, they not get your money back, but they will also charge you for trying, no report of what was done, only empty promises how effective are they? I don't recommend them!!!

These guys are thief!
They told me a year ago my debtor didn't pay and that I needed to go to court (which I didn't do because it was too expensive) and I learn today (with proof!) that my debtor actually paid them a year ago when they asked!!

Even the one star is too much for this company.
Having collected the money from your debtor they will not pay it to you and they just keep it for themselves.
So in fact they are thieves.
The only way to get a response is to place a review on trustpilot where they will say they do not know who you are,and that they reject the review.
Further nothing happens.
They ask you to give more details on a specific e mail address and when you do that you get a mail back that this e mail addres does not exist.

Very disappointing experience. I hired Juristu for an international debt collection case and paid for further legal action.

At the beginning, communication was very proactive. Before payment, they answered quickly, called frequently, and gave the impression that the case would be handled seriously.

After payment, the situation changed completely. I received only a few vague updates, usually saying I would hear more “in two weeks”. Since March 2026, I have repeatedly emailed and called asking for a clear status update, but I have received no proper response. Calls go to voicemail and nobody calls back.

I still do not know whether a summons was filed, whether it was served, or whether any court action was actually started. After paying for legal action, this lack of transparency is unacceptable.

My issue is not only the result of the case, but the complete lack of communication after payment. Based on my experience, they were very responsive before getting paid, but afterwards the follow-up was extremely poor.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the extremely poor service provided by Juristu. Despite my debtor paying on October 1, 2025, I've been met with radio silence and no payment from Juristu. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, and when I do manage to get through, the response is always the same: "My colleague is not available, I'll leave a message."

Their 3.5-star review is clearly fake - they don't even deserve 1 star. If you value your sanity and want to avoid unnecessary stress, stay away from Juristu. Do your research and protect yourself from their unprofessional and unresponsive service.

Update: Still no payment received, and no communication from Juristu. A total waste of time and energy."

3 months after winning my case and 1 month after the final payment date, we still have not received any of our money. I see we are not the only people here with this issue.
I advise anybody looking for a collecting agency to look elsewhere, these are the most incompetent people you could ever work with.

After almost a year since winning my case, I still haven’t received my money, which should have been paid out long ago. On top of that, I haven’t gotten my advance payment back, even though this was promised. Extremely bad company.

Recently as in 3 months ago??

I have entrusted them and then cancelled next day...today I have received an invoice claiming money... Do not contact them!

Extremely unprofessional as they are trying to claim a false invoice. They should eb taken to court. I thought when engaging in debt collection you do due dilligence but apparently not. Anyone can claim anything n they can take up the case n to antagonise and frustrate others while asking for payment from the person paying them.it sounds like a scamming to me.

Don’t trust them. The website looks professional, but it’s a trap. They’ll keep you on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to make a profit from the call. It’s that bad.

I have worked together with Juristu, an Incasso office here in the Netherlands. They are a terrible company to work with. They don't respond to emails. They have made a lawsuit quite complicated. A case that could have been solved easily, has now been going on for two years. Now that everything is finally sorted, and the claim in a final declaration has been completed, do they even pay too late, or not? I have spoken to them a few times last week. In the last two years, maybe 40 or 50 times. But they are very slow and bad at responding. They make false promises. And I would not advise anyone to work with this company.

I have asked for this company to help me to collect my 16000 from a company I worked at. And I ended up paying them over 3000 euro. They have not collected money even with a positive verdict I had. After 4 years, we still can not recover from the damage Juristu caused us as a family.
Juristu also do not record their phone calls. As a result they will give all the promises to collect your money but what they actually want is 'your money'. Do not forget it!

Never ever do business with these frauds. They do nothing for you and do not pay you even when you win the case in court. I had to threaten with legal actions before they paid. Took me 4 months to get the money I was entitled to. If it would be possible I would give them negative stars. They do not reply to emails and do not answer the phone.

UPDATE: After I wrote this review, they were quick to answer and helpful again and said sorry that they overlooked my messages. So I changed the stars from 1 to 3.

They were quick and helpful until I paid the fees of the legal procedure upfront. After that, I’ve never heard about my case, they only wrote when they needed something from me, let it be information or money. They couldn’t get a hold of my client, however they convinced me to move forward with my case, only to invoice me more for the court fees than my actual damage. When they sent me an invoice without telling me anything upfront, I wrote them multiple emails asking for information politely. I never got an answer, however I kept getting payment notifications from them. I find it very unprofessional. I’m a freelancer and went after a little amount of money, so I think they only care if you’re a big company and they can get a big sum off you.

Scam! Very poor communication—was charged without proper notice or explanation. Feels dishonest and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I paid them 1100 euros to get money for me from a tenant. After 3 months, they had not filed a subpoena, they were not responding to my messages, phone calls and i now need to use another law firm. I was dealing with Mvw N Beemster, who will not speak to me on the telephone. Customer service is as low i could possibly get from any company.

After i told them several times by email how bad the service was, I never heard from them again. They are not registered with the bar and therefore not regulated. They take advantage of this. And when i told them how disappointed I was with the service, they ignored me.

A Cautionary Tale

I strongly advise against using the services of Juristu.nl. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing, and I believe their practices are unprofessional and exploitative.

Initially, I approached them to assist with collecting payments from a non-paying customer. Instead of providing the support they advertised, Juristu turned the situation into a financial burden for me. They charged hefty fees to my customer and, despite receiving payment nearly two months ago, have failed to transfer the funds to me.

Their customer service has been equally unsatisfactory. Representatives are rude and dismissive, showing little willingness to resolve issues or provide clarity. Like other reviewers, I was also pushed toward their legal services at an additional cost, which felt more like a strategy to extract more money than an effort to resolve disputes.

Based on my experience, it seems this company is run by a small group of individuals or a family, and their primary motive appears to be making money with minimal effort or accountability.

I am now in the process of seeking legal advice to recover my funds from Juristu. I caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more transparent and professional alternatives.

I strongly advise against doing business with them. Their approach involves sending a single email to the client and then immediately escalating to legal actions, forcing you into a legal process. Their lawyers exploit this situation to your disadvantage. Additionally, even when clients make payments, their policy is to hold the funds for 31 days. As other reviewers have pointed out, you may still not receive your payment after the waiting period, leaving you to call them repeatedly. All you'll hear back is that they've forwarded your concerns to administration, with no real resolution. Its been 2+ Im still awiting the payment. When I spoke to their on-call agent, she responded with, "Sorry, I can't process the payment from my account," which was an absolutely ridiculous response. Just try someone else but not this one.
