They don't know what they are doing. I filled out the form on their website and used my name. The case involved a contract that my wife signed. Juristu did not even know that they than have to start the proceedings in my wifes name and not in mine. They even asked me for advise when the counter party refused the claim because it was in my name and not in my wifes name. We have no legal knowledge so that's why we hired them to sort this for us.
We asked advise with the legal aid and they told us that that is basic legal knowledge. Trusting Juristu the proceedings continued and of course we lost the court case because of the incompetence of Juristu.
Within half an hour of posting this review Juristu called me. All they were willing to offer was that they would start the proceedings again and this time on behalf of my wife (correcting the mistake they made to start with). We would still have to pay the court costs of about € 300 but they would waiver their costs. We already paid them about € 900,- the first time and the amount we want claim is about € 1300. Not to mention the legal costs we had to pay for the other party. I would have liked it if Juristu admitted fault and at least repaid us the € 900 we paid them. The no cure no pay they advertise now all of a sudden is not in effect.
Juristu claims in their repsonse that Legal Aid (Jurdisch Loket) is a business. This is not the case they work for free and are funded by the counsel/government (not 100% sure about the funding). Juridisch Loket helps people with their legal questions they don't take clients they just give legal advise. We now also learned that the other party involved is declared bankrupt so now we really lost our money. No change of getting the money back anymore.

A private person owns 2200 euros. I asked Juristu in November to take action. First i paid 900 Euros in the 1st week of december. Until the 15th of January no response, no update no message, nothing. Then i called them and asked for status. Always just got told, wait until next week Friday.
After about 2 months they sent me a document where the whole issue has been summarized. > I gave my okay for it.
1 day later thet send me another invoice of 330 Euro with a 5 day payment limit.
On the 6th day i already receiving a reminder(Email and Call as well) to pay otherwise they will put additional costs on it. So now i am 2200 +1250 euro shorter and nothing happens.
As a private person with 2 kids and a recently bought house +broken down car i cant allow this for myself. 1200 euros for nothing and i have no clue if i will see that money ever back.

Complete disaster the company, dont start any case with them.
