**Warning for users outside UK** The auction is run as expected and if you win you are notified of what to pay and so on. This is good if you are based in uk however, if you are NOT IN UK ecpect huge charges for shipping. The is only on option for shipping and they will charge you around £30 to deliver, then the charges for customs and the "admin" charges are extortionate. To put this into context - the shipping was almost the same cost as the item! So basically it would have been cheaper to buy in a shop in my location

You can view detailed shipping costs for each country we ship to prior to placing a bid on any item in the auction. We also don't charge any 'admin' costs at all. If there are custom/duty fees in your own country then these would also apply to an item bought at any online shop in the UK. With regards to those custom fees, this is completely outside the control of our company so feel it's a wee bit unfair to receive the bad review. Nevertheless, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

An Excellent Auction Experience
My second time using Just Whisky, and this time everything was as smooth as can be. The site was stable through the whole bidding process, I was informed quickly that I had won, delivery was completed within 48hours and I received regular email updates to reassure me my package was on its way.
An excellent experience, and one that makes me wholly confident to use Just Whisky again. Thank you.

Not Just Whisky but Just Brilliant!
I have NEVER dealt with a firm as professional as this. No nonsense whatsoever....easy to use and very obliging. Arranged collection of my 2 bottles of whisky and money was in my bank less than 2 weeks after auction close. All for £3 a bottle entry fee and no commission offer in January. Great price realised! Trust them with your life! Very, very happy! Well done the JWA team and Thankyou so much!

Not packed very well, bottle was droped in front off the house, nobody home, everbody could take this away. But payed 3% extra for the insurance, you would expect something else.

The prices becomes so high
The prices becomes so high , when I search same bottles from another sellers , I found better price as a regular sale instead of auction.
First time I bought some bottles but I think probably it will be last time.
At the end of auction , I paid more than %11 of commission which makes the prices very high than regular market.Even we buy some bottles or packages with damage. Regular seller much easier and smarter than auction.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to see you are not happy with the speed of the shipment. As you'll know, there is guidance on working safely at work due to Covid-19. As part of those measures, we are running a reduced staff level, which may cause delays to shipments.
I had a look into your order and see you paid for your order on Monday and it was dispatched Wednesday. I don't find that an unreasonable timeframe to have items dispatched, given the circumstances. Nevertheless, I'll take your comments on board.
