Purchased an item in error. Tried to get a refund, no reply to emails, no one answers the phone, they just don't give a damn once they have your money.

I bought a supposed package, when added up individually there was hardly any difference. I also had a query about the hop up system but had no reply to any of my 3 emails, although the gun seems OK the company lack any kind of respect for their buyers. I will never use this company again

The gun works but the magazine randomly broke but they say they dont wanna refund or replace it as "its not a manufacturing fault." Personally I would avoid them. But the gun works at least and the magazine still works but part of it just broke off and they wouldnt repair or send a replacement. I also only had this weapon for about two weeks.

Youve sent the item after last time not sending the item and this one turns up broken and looking used, you refuse to give refunds and you lie about receiving items sent back to you, just give me the refund an you can keep your crap

The customer service is very poor. I was provided the wrong item in an order and complied with requests to return it in exchange for the correct item. Since that instance they have not been in contact and claim to have not received the item. I'm essentially £40 down because of this company who no longer returns my emails. Best to shop elsewhere for air rifle accessories especially. Horrible experience!

I would like to get a part refund for a broken item, but they never got back to me ,what a surprise.

It was a big mistake to shop with this company! I should notice earlier that they are selling mostly cheap brands that are really overpriced compare to other retailers. Now to my experience! 4 out of 5 items that I ordered were faulty or broken! Customer service was very weird, didn't really said anything just asked me several times to order more stuff and of course no help or explanation was offered. When I emailed them second time with deeper explanation of issues that I got with my order - they just ignored it and never replied again. Will never use justbbguns again! Such a dishonest company!!!

Part didn’t fit gun. Got a refund.

My order was delayed 3 weeks for no apparent reason, i got no information and barely any correspondence from customer support about what happened even when i mailed and called several times.

Although they did give me express shipping (without telling me for some reason) and i finally recieved it. The packaging leaves something to be desired, only a plastic cover over the box from the manufacturer, atleast one layer of cardboard wouldve sufficed for extra protection. However my item arrived in great condition, so its fine.

I was worrying all the time if i had been scammed, i only finally got a response weeks later when i mailed and wished to cancel my order, then it became shipped the same day? Very pecuilar.

Sent me 3 faulty bb pistols. Refunded 1st gun sent pics, and called them to explain. They
did not ask me to return it until 3 weeks later, I had thrown bits in bin, gone!! I then orderd a second pistol it was faulty too, they sent return sticker o posted it. Third pistol arrives faulty, they send sticker, I return it. They send sticker for return of first pistol!! As I said it was thrown away. They send an email I sent them, & say they look forward to business in future.!?!!!?!! What planet are they on DON'T USE THEM!!!

second airsoft gun I have purchased, excellent quality & service. both arrived 1 day after order (counting Sunday) well packed and look great. far superior than another company of a similar name. who I won't mention...bbguns4less.. that company is useless.168

I ordered a slingshot, received a cheap, second hand replacement without explanation, and no armrest. I was still charged the full amount. Despite sending two emails I have received no response a week and a half later. I wouldn't order anything from them again.

The first day the spring fell out and it was plastic and it all broke and it was jammed all the time don’t get they don’t give or money back sorry justbbgun u didn’t give a return

I ordered bb bullets for 3-5 days and they came in 3 days but I ordered my BB gun for 2-3 days and it still hasn’t came a week later

We received a product which is faulty, I emailed for advice as per the website instructions, still awaiting a reply. Poor.
