Been waiting 2 week for my pistol ive got the other stuff i bought and i got there 2-3days delivery and im still waiting and ive emailed them and they say that its been sent out but when i ask where it is i get nothing back

Terrible, parts missing, arrived late, doesn't work,terrible customer service: they wanted me to send a video of it not working, I did, and they said that they couldn't open the video... Always trying to make excuses so they don't have to return a broken item... I then went to another BB gun website for the same zg2 spring pistol, it works great and arrived earlier, this is why I give it s 1 star review, don't buy from justbbguns.co.uk

I didn’t like the tacky pistol I got and I wanted to return it but they are ignoring my emails (DO NOY BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT KEEPING THE ITEM)

Had a small problem of something missing from the box on arrival.
Got through to customer service within a few minutes and explained my issue to a chap called Adil.
Brilliant. Adil promised that he would send me the missing item ASAP. It arrived the next day and included a gesture of goodwill.
Fantastic customer service. Adil is a star.

Absolutely nite mare for starters they sent me a broken gun I sent it back for a refund, then I had a email they fixed it and sent it to me even though I asked for a refund this happened twice!, so I sent it back again with another letter added to it aswell as my invoice and I had a phone call from a knob on 8890 4678, the person who phoned Me was extremely rude to say the least he pretty much started to insult me as he said I asked for a replacement not a refund. After he laughed and joked with someone in the background and offered me free bbs for my gun even though they didn't send me the ones I ordered 🤭, he then went through my details and claimed I lived in Yorkshire which I don't and he quickly realised he had the wrong gun and the wrong person he was speaking to so then he said very sorry we will refund me and put the phone down and was saying I don't know what's happened, do not buy them this company they don't know what there doing nor do the staff as he couldn't work out who I was even though I gave him all my details, they struggled on the refund aswell 🤣
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

What a terrible terrible company. I bought a bb gun for my son 4 months ago and it has broken (crap quality and the cocking handle snapped off in his hand). As we have had it for more than 3 months the company are refusing to deal with it. I used their support email and couldn't believe their response - here it is copy and pasted "See our policy below, we can't help you, you need to purchase new gun."
I therefore phoned them and unfortunately the guy I spoke to was just an idiot trying to fob me off with what the could and could not do (as a favour to me!). Avoid avoid avoid

Really disappointed. Brought my son a M62 sniper, the rail sheared off, and the trigger assembly shattered under its own pressure. The sniper was expensive, but terrible quality. The return and repair policy is ridiculous (original packaging etc even if faulty after 28 days) and basically means you have no recourse on them.
We’ve spent a fortune with this company in the last year, however lesson learnt, we won’t be spending a single penny with them again. Shoddy quality and poor returns / repair policy

Bought the M62 sniper rifle. Very good sniper, very accurate once the scope is zeroed. Delivery was excellent, came within 48 hours.
However, the rail sheered off very easily after falling over just 1 week after receiving it. After further inspection, we found the screws holding the rail to the barrel are not fit for purpose. I rang the company and was very disappointed by the way they handled the situation. They wouldn't take responsibility, saying it was customer error, despite it not being my fault.
The website clearly states that "if your item is within 14 days of delivery, we will supply you with a prepaid return slip" or "if you have a faulty product that is within 28 days of delivery" you are eligible for a full refund. Neither of these 2 options were offered to me. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor customer service.

We bought 2 bb guns from here and it arrived 2 days later which was a great delivery time. And the guns out of the box is amazing too! They both work really well and we are enjoying it!

Well I bought a hg195 deserteagle blowback pistol came with case closed with the gun inside with no magazine it's unusable and when the company phoned me the guy said on the phone that it's impossible really!! Well I have paid upwards of 140 pounds for everything needed expecting the magazine to be there and to be told that they are sold out that I have to look around like I'm an Incapable child because the company forgot to put the magazine in the gun c'mon guys this is terrible especially when you are paying the extra for good response the guy continued to go on that I have to remind him to do his job on Monday so that a technition team can speak to me about the gun why when a magazine should be sent out for the buyer because he has not received it for fs.

Scammers, avoid at all costs

I wrote a review a couple months ago as I wasn't able to get into contact with them after I tried to return a faulty gun, they ignored my messages. Then they disputed my review and removed it, even though it is genuine and I have proof of my purchase and communication. If you remove this, I will post another.

Sent a sniper rifle out with faulty magazine, blamed it on the bb’s that THEY sent out with the bundle pack. Also said we were loading it wrong but wouldn’t tell me the so called correct way to load it. Refused to send a replacement part. S@#t company.

Terrible bought an airsoft gun bundle the scope was all used when i received it the gun was broke so i send it back couple days later i get it back in the same way i sent it off now they want me to send it of again and they said they will make sure well test it this time well why didn't you test it last time bunch of donuts if you ask me dont bother

Bbguns on the mainland I can not fault, top class service but I would advise anyone to avoid the Dublin shop at all costs. They can't even get a delivery to the correct location and then when you try to get it rectified the customer service is non existent. They appear totally incompetent. Keep your money and sanity and order from the English shop who I can not recommend highly enough, they are excellent and it's a shame that the Dublin shop is totally useless and lets their good name down. 5 star experience with the English shop and NO STARS for the Dublin shop. If you value your sanity avoid the Dublin shop at all costs they are totally incompetent.

Awful customer service. Sent wrong bipod and still haven’t resolved. It’s two weeks now since reporting and my son still hasn’t got a working Xmas present. Avoid!

I purchased a gas-powered BB gun for my son for Christmas I received a spring BB gun as well as a gas tank and the BB pellets isense spent weeks trying to get them to admit they're mistake and and replace the item for what I purchased they had all the information the invoice they asked me the same photographs which I did and still it goes on I would strongly recommend you do not do business with these people

I did read reviews and was a little concerned to be honest. I had no problems with these guys. My gun set came before i expected it, and it all works great. If you must know i got the double eagle sniper, that thing is fun. Thanks.

Poor customer service rude wrong info told me on 2 occasions they had something in stock and when I get there they dont have it

Recently i ordered 2 SRC Co2 hi capa magazine from just BB guns...i was very happy that only at Just BB guns i found these mags..ive been looking for it for a long time..so when my order arrived i was excited but unfortunately one mag was broken..i dont know how or where it occured..i sent an e-mail immediately with the photo the just BB guns support department and without delay they responded the following day and sent me a the replacement mag..i got the mag and its in good condition..im very happy of their after sales care..5 stars for me..Me and my team are impressed of it and that shows they mean business..thank you again Just BB guns staff..special mention to KIM.
