Cheap rubish. Opened the box and was broken to bits.. Customer service don't want to know....!avoid!!

I purchased a pre owned berreta m9 for about £90, i don't usually trust second hand goods however the website stated that the company's "experts" had looked over the gun to make sure it was in working order, so either the "experts" are completely incompetent, they didnt look over it, they dont care about their customers or the company is a scam as the gun arrived and does not work and i have been told i cant get a refund on THEIR faulty product nor would they fix THEIR faulty gun for free even through it was advertised as if it was in working order which was a blatant lie and a scam I highly recommended no one buys from these scammers they dont care about their customers and just want money a poor excuse for a company.

Very quick speedy service. Gun was packaged perfectly that it arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was very quick. We had one small issue with a mask, we emailed and had a responce within a few hours and new item resent within that time. Excerllant service would recommend to family and friends.

I purchase a bulldog M4A1 bundle as the gun my son wanted wasn’t in stock at the time, once home the gun was constantly misfiring, as it was the weekend I contact them first thing Monday morning, spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone who explained what I need to do, I also followed up with any email which was reply by Vince within the hour of me sending it. The following Saturday I return back to the store with the faulty gun where the staff couldn’t be more helpful, not only did they replace the gun they upgrade it and replaced the battery for a better quantity one. 5***** Thanks again

The website is easy to navigate, my order came in a timely fashion and in great condition, my only issue was that an item was missed off of my order but the feedback service was incredibly easy to use, just put in my order number, wrote a brief description of the issue and provided photographic proof using my phones camera and they sent the missing item free of charge and very quickly too!
Very happy with the service and would be confident buying from them again

Customer service is absolute joke 😒 Received faulty gun and no one cares soon after you've paid

I recieved response after returning a faulty airsolt rifle a second time. The hand guard was lose when the order first arrived. I sent it back after noticing the barrel and hand guard were not alligned. the barrel was near left of hand guard meaning any sight or scope attached would be out of alignment. I could see this with just looking. Mike claimed to have sent a replacement but it had exactly the same fault and i believe they had just returened the same riffle. I don't believe there would be enough ajustment in sight or scope to correct alignment. I jast had another email from Prab claiming there is no issue with the gun. The are trying to make me pay £10 for return of a faulty gun. I have just contacted traiding standards

I orderd a we tech G18c and the order was all processed on Tuesday 9th of January and they called me on Wednesday at 7.20 at night to tell me my order wasn't in stock so I had orderd a canik tp9 from cybergun which cost me £239.99 I'm new to the airsoft game so I knew nothing about the price of this gun but then I did a bit of research and found every other company selling the same gun for between £150 -£170 so I asked them why the price was so high because £229.99 is for canik tp9 collector pack so you get a few accessories with it and the not so lovely guy from this company said its probably a Chinese version which is just a pure insult but my order was meant to come no later than Friday 13th and I didn't get it to Monday 16th but the blame ups when this company had my order all along but they are lying cheeky arrogant avoid at all costs because my canik tp9 elite feels like a fake Chinese knock off £229.99 for a heap of cheap crap

I wish I'd read all of the terrible reviews for this company before purchasing from them. An extremely unprofessional set up, with aggressive customer service and sub standard products. I had to use my credit card company to get a refund. Don't repeat my mistake of using them, Go somewhere else instead.

Returns policy is 7 days, they expect you to open any potential gifts to check them 🙀🙀 this was for my son and when it arrived the very thick plastic was sliced all way down and broken but because it was a Christmas present I hid it and didnt notice until wrapping Tuesday!
I immediately emailed explaining and I was told 7 days returns policy

Im now left with a very expensive broken gun ???

Ordered two guns, the service was brilliant. I had an issue with the products initially and I can honestly say the problem was addressed promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy from here, their service is excellent. You will not be disappointed! The guns were great and my boys love them.

I only have good things to say about this company and their staff. Everytime I order I'm amazed at the deals I'm after getting for such high quality BBs and merchandise, they've got something for all price ranges and delivery is lightning fast (2 working days in ireland). When i needed some extra information on a BB I had purchased their online help was so quick to respond and beyond helpful absolutely second to none.I cannot wait to give my son his gifts on christmas! Excellent service overall! I will be a continuous customer for sure!

Gave faulty gun and refused to give refund and rude people, bad customer service!

Sniper bolt action jammed within an hour of use, not related to BBs or anything else. While they fixed it quickly, and offered to ship it back, I’m not gambling on an unreliable rifle, as it could easily jam again in the future ruining a day of Airsoft.

Requested a refund within 11 days of original purchase date, as legally entitled to under Consumer Rights Act 2015: “Fit for purpose - you should be able to use it for the purpose they were supplied for.”

Refund refused as “ there is a condition - if the gun is not been used or is still if its used, it has to be in resellable condition.“

They considered a scratch on the external barrel and some pen on the polystyrene of the box as the reason they couldn’t resell it, rather than it failed and they should return it to the manufacturer. 🤯

Avoid like the plague.
