Bad service
Still waiting for my order from September (almost 4 months ago). Called customer service many times but they always told me to wait some more days, never received anything. If I ask them to give me my money back they refuse and again tell me to have more patience. Never seen such a bad service. I am diamond elite member, but I was never able to use my loyality points for discount, when I try, website is frozen and I have to close and open again. Same problem every month so I don’t think it is a server problem anymore.
