Most disgraceful company I've ever bought from. I ordered flowers for my partner's first day at college (orange lilies to match the college logo) and I receive an email the day AFTER they were suppose to arrive telling me the flowers weren't available (despite the fact I filtered their flowers by zip code before I bought them). Their alternative? PINK ROSES - nothing like what I ordered. When I demanded a different bouquet and compensation (for the incorrect bouquet and late delivery), they told me they had nothing else available, so I requested a refund. Given as I am based in the UK, I told them I could not call them due to the fees, so my partner (in the USA) had to do so. They repeatedly asked to call me instead despite us explaining the situation, and STILL sent me emails asking if I wanted the pink roses. They then refused to release the refund to anyone other than me, so I had to email to give my partner permission to request the refund. Even then, my partner had to say FOUR TIMES we did not want the roses, and even the manager we were forwarded to tried to sell us the roses we said we DIDN'T want ALREADY, and we had to explain why, AGAIN. Today I finally receive a refund - AND IT'S THE WRONG AMOUNT. The bouquet cost me £50.81 and I received £50.66. Honestly, I'm owed compensation for the appalling service. This company is terrible and scammers. Disgusting.

We placed our order over the phone as these flowers were for a celebration of life for an unbelievable Aunt whom we loved very much and we did not want anything to go wrong. Everything was done incredibly well and the flowers were beautiful !!!

The order was adjusted to meet their change in options; it was acceptable and very well organized. I think I was trying to get scammed for extra money. I will not pay extra when items are set. Overall, it was a great experience. This is a major company, and all cost should be settled at the time of order.

The only problem I had that I wasn’t notified that my plant was delayed being delivered.

The arrangement arrived as promised. The family called us right away and told us how beautiful it was. I was very pleased with the delivery and ease of using the web site.

Easy ordering. Quick delivery

The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers I sent her, They were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!! She was so happy with her flowers. Delivery was right on time, very easy to order online. I would definitely order from Just Flowers again. Vickie K.

I was a little disappointed that the item I ordered and paid for was not available and had to be replaced with a more expensive item. However, working with your company to get my gift delivered on time was satisfactory. The representatives were courteous and helpful.

It was very easy to place the order. A beloved uncle ribbon was left off, but was paid for. I contacted them and they refunded the money on the first contact.

I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Just Flowers. I placed an order Friday evening at 6:00 pm for a Saturday delivery, and the entire process from that moment forward was a disaster.

By late Saturday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I logged into the website to check the status. That was my first frustration — there was no way to simply click and see shipping or delivery updates. I had to call in myself. Only then was I told, for the first time, that they couldn’t deliver it and that it would be pushed to Sunday because they “couldn’t find anyone to deliver.”

Sunday at 3:00 pm, I received yet another email saying it still couldn’t be delivered and would now arrive Monday. They apologized and said it would come with an apology from the company. I paid $25 for weekend delivery, so I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded. Their response was insulting — they offered me five dollars. Five. After failing to deliver all weekend.

I explained again that I wanted the full delivery fee refunded since nothing was delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Then on Monday, they emailed me saying it would be delivered “tomorrow.” At that point, I told them to cancel the order because delivering on Tuesday when it was supposed to arrive Saturday was ridiculous.

She wrote back saying they were sorry for the error and that it would actually be delivered Monday, and that she’d send confirmation once it was delivered. But then — thirty minutes later — I got another email saying the order had been cancelled.

This entire experience has been chaotic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Just Flowers is obviously a company that is disorganized, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for their own failures. I am deeply disappointed and will never order from Just Flowers again.
