Haven’t got my order yet and have been waiting since around the 14th of December with no communication and only spam emails

Really like the quality of the product, specifically the Tubbz collectables, only dislike is being from Canada they get quite costly with shipping.

Shipped quickly and really excellent quality sweater! My brother loved it as his Christmas gift. Felt very soft and the design was great. The XS fit a smaller framed man really well.

Found a nice, unique lamp on here for a Christmas present. Ordered 14th December, order shipped 16th and was delivered on 19th so quick delivery for the time of year. Was kept up to date with shipping email and a tracking link. Lamp is great too and I'll consider shopping here again for unique pop culture gifts.

I pre-ordered two Tubbz from Just Geek. I live overseas from them but the shipping costs were very reasonable, and the status of the pre-order was easy to monitor from their website. They responded to emails quickly, shipped out as soon as the pre-ordered items were available, and the items were packaged with great care. My order arrived in perfect condition and i am very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely buy from Just Geek again in the future.

Been using just geek for a while now to purchase my collection of Tubbz. I love the way the email is written when you purchase an item and since my last review I haven’t had any problems. My items are handled with care and can’t wait to see what else they come out with in the future.

Terrible customer service.

Put something in your cart and be prepared to receive daily emails for the next week. Receive promotional emails offering invalid promotions, contact support to be told they just send them out, whether they are valid or not does not matter.

Used twice so far. Both times excellent. They kept me updated (and I liked the friendly, geeky tone of their emails) and delivery was quick.

I bought some items in the sale which I was very pleased with. I've bought from this company a few times and the service is great. Delivery time isn't an issue either. Will definitely shop at Just Geek against n.

Google use wrong delivery adress. need contact with support about that. I've tried help....justgeek.com tried help....numskull.com, nothing. contact with them in imposiblle. 60Euro gone to dust.
