Fast shipping, Awesome products. Mint.

The goods I purchased said they items where shop spoiled.

So when the items arrived I could not find any problems with them.

I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

The order procedure was easy and the delivery was very quick.

Fast shipping and the statue itself is very sturdy and well-made, with a lot of nice detail. My only nitpick is that I think a slightly better paintjob could've been done on his hair with his white streaks, but that's literally the only issue I can think of.

Made two orders. One a pre-order for some pre-release Tubbz, and one for some pre-existing ones. Pre-existing Tubbz' order was placed, packaged, sent and received incredibly fast! One of theme even came in a cute little tub.

Super happy with our order so far. Can't wait for the pre-order Tubbz to arrive!

My duck fetish collection is growing exponentially with the help of just geek. If you need a bathtime friend I highly recommend them. The things me and Janine (Ghostbusters) get up to. Just asking for a friend but could we add a vibration inside so it can move along a hard surface? Such as a worktop 😏 Anyway my ducks have brought me many hour of pleasure. Gotta go Janines quacking 🫡

Products are certainly very cool, but super slow despatch times kind of spoil the show! It's been 5 days since placing my order, yet it's STILL pending despatch. That for sure is disappointing! I feel they could expedite the process, improve communications and increase customer satisfaction.

I had purchased the wrong size, but was able to contact a person and get the correct size before shipping. This was great since I’m in the US and the shop is in the UK.

The hoodie is great, and was good quality!

Good experience with order. One of the items I ordered was not in stock so I was noticed and recieved a partial refund. The other orders item arrived about a week later.

They falsely advertise that (and I'm quoting their own words from their site); "Any EU orders that are under €150 excluding shipping the pricing at checkout will include VAT and Customs".

I've placed my order, my pricing included taxes etc and I thought that everything was fine. I received a notification from DHL Greece, letting me know that my parcel is at customs at I will have to pay A LOT; 56€ to DHL, 24% applied to total (items AND shipping) VAT, and extra fees.

I've been trying to solve this out since last week. I was told and I have it in my email and saved screenshots, that this has never happened to them, everything went by the book and 'bad Greek customs wants to charge us' - as a result, they told me that it's not my fault, and they will ask to return the parcel to their warehouse and then they'll proceed with my full refund. Oh, forgot to mention that they haven't even provided them the correct papers, as they falsely sent it as IOSS....

I received a phonecall from DHL Greece, letting me know that they haven't communicated, they also haven't communicated with DHL UK as well and now I'm still waiting.

Unfortunately I've lost my trust in them. Had I known better... Unless you start the OFFICIAL procedure for my full refund, my 1* review will remain and I will also escalate and address this to European and the U.K. authorities.
