Amazing experience start to finish. Delivery was so fast and products were of high quality. Items didn’t fit so had to return and there was an issue with tracking during return. The customer service team was so kind and dealt with professionally.

I purchased a pair of riding boots which were too big. I emailed them to ask for a an exchange and heard back very quickly saying it would be no problem.
I was actually delayed about 2 weeks sending then back. I posted them on a Tuesday and we received the new size on the Friday. Very quick turnaround.

I'm always a bit nervous when ordering from a company I've never used before. However this company have more than excelled with my order of 3 shires haynets. Cheapest I could find them on the net and delivered within 48 hours of being ordered. Will definitely use this company again!

I ordered a rug for my horse and I didn’t check the delivery date which was longer than I thought, I emailed them and they replied straight away i explained the situation and the rug turned up 2 days later, great service great price I also bought some boots from them which came next day, I would highly recommend Just horse riders

Best customer service I have had in a long time. There was a diamanté missing from a brow band, the item was returned and a replacement sent with no hassle and very quickly. Emails were responded to in a friendly and professional manner.
