SCAM COMPANY RIPPED OFF ONLINE
After a lot of research I purchased some Ping G25s from JUSTSHOPOK. I sent several email enquiries hoping they would be helpful with my request for custom clubs. Their responses were lacking in detail but I took a chance and ordered them online. Worst mistake ever. These guys sent me men's clubs despite my enquiry for ladies clubs!! They refuse to refund and agreed that if I return them at my expense, they will exchange to send replacement ladies clubs. After tonnes if email exchanges. They agreed to refund me, in writing too!! It's been months!! They also had the gore to email me saying the funds had been transferred! liars! I don't have three eyes and have been checking my bank account for over five months now. Numerous emails later.. No replies.. Their number doesn't answer either!! NO REFUND!! $500 AUD DOLLARS! Ripped off!! ONLINE FRAUD!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!! I've never had such a poor, unprofessional online experience and I buy a lot online!! I'm pursuing this fraud claim through my bank and will write as many BAD online reviews as possible to helps others AVOID this company at all costs!! $500 cheated from me!!!

JKtoty is a scam.ordered on money was taken and i got sent a cheap neckless that is so cheep and crap.
Did not get what i ordered, cant get the website now and no response from email.

AVOID these clowns. Chased a refund (didn't have stock) for 2 months without success. Had to use chargeback through the bank.

Ordered Callaway Rogue 3 wood. They Delivered a defected 3 wood and the head flew away with the first shot. No money back. At first they communicate with the big lags and finaly offered that they give me instructions how to send the club back but they did not send anything. So just minus 200€. Better dont take the risk. If something happens with the ordered item you are on your own.

I'm having the same experience as the others in this thread did. Ordered a golf bag. Nothing delivered. I contacted them and it took them days to respond and all they gave me was "We have placed the order with our supplier, they have just got back saying this is an older model and if there is another bag you would like to exchange for.

They haven't even bothered to mention which others they do have that I can swap for. I have since replied and they have now gone silent.

Hopefully the next person to attempt shopping sees this post and stops immediately. AVOID.

JustShopOK is a Fraud and only seek to part you from your money. They owe me a golf bag that I purchased from them in November 2019 and it i snow 18 April 2020. I have corresponded with them through several emails where they promised my golf bag which was not forthcoming then promised my refund which I still have not received till this day. I have given them the benefit of my doubts for several Months now and my last 2 attempts at emailing them went unanswered and have therefore made this conclusion...
These people are THIEVES! and this operation "JustShopOK" is a FRAUD! Don't fall for all their online marketing or product sales etc... as this is the mechanism they use to Lure you because it looks Legit. In case you are still on the fence about this operation, don't even bother contemplating the very few positive reviews on various websites because that too is all FAKE!!! and part of their bag of tricks to part you from your cash...This operation should be shut down and is nothing short of every other email scam that you've come across before.
I really hope this WARNING will be of benefit to others...PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Initially, I had doubts about their reliability, but after talking to the seller and ordering the product, all doubts disappeared. The order was shipped quickly and I received a tracking number. Everything went smoothly. The product arrived as needed, the quality is excellent.

Do not use this company it takes your money, tells you it no longer has the item you want in stock then fails to pay you back ( over £70 in my case). They do not answer emails and there customer phone line rings off with no reply. Judging by the permanent and rising reductions in prices (currently 50% off fire sale !) this company are either in a perilous financial state or they are running a scam. I have referred my case to PayPal resolution and who have forwarded to this company yet still they refuse to engage. Repeat—- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I ordered an item, they shipped the wrong item to me in USA and now I’m stuck trying to get them to ship back the incorrect item and provide a refund.

No phone support. They won’t respond to emails.

Will escalate to Paypal now and hope that it gets resolved.

Do not shop here. Nothing but trouble and wasted time. They do not actually have what they are selling on their site.

I cancelled an order before it was despatched and request refund. I’ve not received the refund and they will not respond to messages requesting an update.

I have ordered and payed for equipment in June, but have not received anything today (October). I have not been given a refund, and it is very difficult, if not impossible, to contact this company. Exceptionally disappointed!

Utterly shocking. No communication about my order. Contact number for the customer services just rings. Phoned the Golf Club Pro Shop and the person who replied to my 4-5 messages through their website answered. Didn't have my bag in stock and said had to order. I asked for a refund due to the delay, which was agreed. However, the "Refund Manager" was off, but back the following day. Purchase date - 12th Oct. Spoke with someone 16th Oct and promised a refund, now its 22nd Oct no funds back to Paypal yet. AVOID.

I ordered the goods which they despatched quickly. As I am VAT registered they deducted the VAT from their invoice for me to pay in the UK - standard procedure. They said that it was carriage free to UK ! that in my book includes brokerage charges but NO. On goods valued at £109.00 I had to pay £11.50 brokerage charges which they did not reveal to me on ordering. This meant that the goods ended up more expensive than buying them in UK ! ! They would not reimburse the brokerage charge but told me that they would accept the good back BUT would charge me a 15% handling charge (more than the brokerage charge).
DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU.
