You search engine is horrible and you charge shipping.
So you search engine is horrible. Many pages had to be sifted through to find items of interest. Further only ay the payment page did we find out that requested items were out of stock. And more importantly, why charge shipping for basically paper? It's nothing but an anacranism.

Easy to be inspired
I was looking for musical inspiration for my beginner concert band.

Some customers are easier than others. I myself am not a musician, merely the husband of an artistic director searching for the perfect Mother’s Day gift with very little information to go on. The Pepper staff went far, far out of their way to research and find the perfect gift. Went away out of their way to help me despite the fact that my purchase will probably be a one off. Didn’t matter to them, I was a customer and this is how they do their business. Incredible display of Customer Service and knowledge. Never judged me by my potential business in the future, or the amount of my purchase. What a pleasure it is to know that Customer Service is not completely dead. It lives and resides with JW Pepper.
