I have not been able to choose a pick up point when ordering. I have not been informed about the delivery. The received goods arrived damaged because of no packaging. The delivered goods are not exactly what I have ordered or seen on the images on your website when ordering.

The service was good
The service was good, from scheduling to execution. The payment process is easy. The service lasted 90 minutes, and the technicians were polite, efficient, asked about the preferred installation location, and explained what they did and how to use the device after installation. The only thing that caught my attention is that the electrical cable coming out of the device was installed upwards, instead of downwards, as shown in installation photos.

Bad experience
Out of the blue, my order was cancelled and my money refunded but the cost of the delivery was not included. So, I don't have the item that I purchased plus minus 59sek from the delivery cost, that for some reason you deny to refund. It sounds like a very poor service to me.
