Product was as ordered, but was missing important parts. When we went back to ask for replacements, they said a few times that we couldn’t get them but finally ended up getting them for us.

I can update my case:
After terrible experience, I understood that K-rauta customer service was trying to help me, however the issue came from Swedoor. At the end I received the refund of the wrong door.
I have ordered a door, I have received a wrong door after waiting for so long and even after a week, I haven't got any response from customer service of what should I do. Very unsatisfied.
