Along with their planted positive replies, Kalesafe provides their standard canned reply. They ask how they can fix this. Answer: refund all my money and correct your sizing chart. I strongly suggest you avoid this company.

Was sent the wrong t shirt.
Sizing charts are way off. 3" off ! Ordered shorts, came 3" too small. Double checked. Then instead of giving me a refund, gave me 3 options:
Option 1. You can keep the items and accept CAD86 partial refund as compensation
Option 2. You can keep the items and accept CAD86 coupons for your future purchase.
Option 3. You can return it back to the address below
To return this package for a full refund, I had to pay the shipping back to China. So the best I could do was agree to get half my money back. I did nothing wrong and I am penalized. This Co. is a joke and you should really avoid.
And the quality is sub par for what you pay. Old adage, you get what you pay for applies. My mistake for forgetting this.

Looked like they had some items I would purchase. An offer to possibly get one free if I signed up for SMS texts was made and I was like sure I'll give it a go. Within 30 minutes I received text message from 9 other business with identical unsubscribe/STOP texts (the same typo in the same place for them all). Point is, they are widely distributing your info, and without delay.

the shorts I received for mis-sized. I ordered 2XL, I wear 36W or XL normally but it's been so hot in Fl I wanted loose fitting shorts. I could not even get close to fastening them around my waist, they were either medium or a tight large. When I sent you an email you said you did not have a return policy. I contacted Kalesafe to make payment. I am now caught in KS telling me to pay through PP. Barclay’s will not reverse chargeback. KS requires PP involvement. This is hell. I only want to return at this point. Return label request denied by KS x2.

Some of the items purchased were not finished properly, stitching on the hats and shoes was very poor. The shirts and shorts are ok at the moment , so I will have to wait and see!

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, returning the items for refund costs more than the products are worth. Ordered 9 items, not one I would wear due to very poor quality. don;t believe the photos, these items bear a very poor resemblance to the product images. I have no idea how they get them to look so good in their photos. Ended up donating everything to charity because they weren't worth the over $100 to ship back to China.

I wouldn't bother...
I'm not sure how I came across Kalesafe but I love their designs on their website and, as much as you can tell from the photos, the quality looks there.
After months of being bombarded with emails about 'discounts', I took the plunge and ordered a pair of shorts, and a couple of t-shirts.
After several weeks they arrived, coming in a package that seemed like it should only contain a single t-shirt.
First off, their sizes. As I couldn't try them on and I ordered XL in the t-shirts and L for the shorts. They delivered XXXL for the shirts and XXL for the shorts. I've not tried the shorts but the shirts are tight on me...What would XL have been like?
The items that arrived are not the items in the pictures. The shorts are miles off and are more like swimming trunks.
The t-shirts look similar but are again, not the same.
Is the quality poor? Well, it's not great and is not what you'd imagine from the photos. Are these items worth the heaviliy discounted price that I paid (and postage)? No.
Dare I put these in the wash with other clothes...
I'll keep them for wearing in the house and in the garage.
If you're thinking of buying from Kalesafe, I wouldn't bother.
Is it a scam? Not quite. It just won't meet your expectations.
