Be Careful Before Placing an Order
Typically, when I use PayPay to pay for my online purchases I am given the opportunity to review my order again before it is placed. That did not happen with Kalesafe. I would not have placed the order after seeing the shipping charges and not applying discount codes.

Great selection and very interesting designs - sizing sporadic
Great selection and very interesting designs. Only problem was discount for multiple items only applied to least expensive so I removed several lower cost items from my cart. Then, when clothing arrived, 2 of the pairs of shorts did not fit me (and I ordered one size bigger to prevent this). Other large sports did fit me so sizing is not consistent.

Shipped wrong size and only gave partial refund
They shipped me the wrong size (not what I ordered). They would not exchange the item. They made me pay for shipping to return the item to them and then credited me only $34.29 of the $56.50 I paid.
Response to the Kalesafe reply: I have emailed you several times and had multiple email discussions with Ericka May Amagsila, Bioy Ro and Kristian B. It was made abundantly clear to me that you were not willing to own the mistake you made in terms of a full refund.

The order never showed up
The order never showed up. To resend they want another shipping fee. And they told me that the order had been returned because they couldn’t deliver it at my address even though it never left china according to the tracking info.

I didn't even get to see the shipping…
I didn't even get to see the shipping charges until it was too late. And the shipping was more than the item. Then on top of all that, I didn't even get my discount. And then it was very difficult to figure out how to cancel the order. There is no one in their right mind going to give $30 for a thin pair of lounging pants.

I ordered on 6/6/2023 and still no email saying it has shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but the "verification code" I put it never seems to be valid.
I tried to cancel by clicking on cancel and it says it's shipped, but I've not received a shipping notification. On the site it says my order is still being processed. They didn't show that until I asked to cancel my order.
I would give them a 0 is I could.
This is a SCAM!!!!!
