I’ve made several orders on kalesafe and I’m satisfied with almost everything I got. Reading the images provided makes it so much easier to find my size. The descriptions of items are fairly accurate. My packages normally always come within 5-10 days. I think it is very nice😉!

Ok, I bought a few shirts and a pair of jeans. 2 shirts have already shipped and they were delivered. The 2 shirts I received were great. Amazing material, not cheap at all. For a first impression is pretty good with clothes. But other than that two thumbs up, good job!

I really like the designs shown on the website. I decided to give them a try. I ordered only one shirt as the reviews I read were not that great. The shirt I received and the shirt I ordered were totally different. After contacting the company their resolution was a 50 percent off of a shirt that I did not want or for me to send it back at my cost. Neither option is acceptable. In my opinion this company won't be around for very much longer if they keep up these business practices.

UPDATE. I have gone through the regular channels to try and resolve this issue. Communication is fine but actions are needed when dealing with unhappy customers. I did this review because I was getting the runaround from the “customer service “ department. This order was very small and while I debated on a large order I’m glad that I didn’t place it. The size of the order shouldn’t matter though. By the way problems happen with any business. They are opportunities to shine when dealing with them.

UPDATE #2. I have tried to resolve this issue now for weeks. I have emailed back and forth with the Kalesafe customer service department 16 times. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company. The position of Kalesafe is they will refund me if I close my case. My position is that I will close the case if I get refunded. I cannot trust them to actually credit my account based on their actions up to this point. Keep in mind that this is all due to a $9.99 shirt that they shipped wrong. I asked for them to send the correct shirt and they said that I needed to return the wrong one at my expense first. C’mon people. I will never do any business with these folks again. I suggest that you really think about it before purchasing from them.

FINAL UPDATE. I am amazed at how much these people respond. The problem is they don’t do anything to resolve the issue. I have replied to their e-mail’s daily and they in turn reply to mine. If they could only respond with a solution. If you purchase from them after reading this you can’t say I didn’t warn you.

I think Kalesafe isn’t that bad as the review says. I just think that you need to make sure you get the sizing correct because some clothes are actually quite big. I have only bought clothing so far and I can say that, for the price, it's great quality and you can find loads of things that suit your style.

Really happy with the experience, I’ve never had an issue shopping with kalesafe. The clothes are sooo cheap. Great website if you’re looking for low-cost basics!! Do keep in mind though, you get what you pay for.

I order from kalesafe pretty frequently. The variety of fashions and accessories is amazing. I received my parcel after a little longer than a week, which is great because I will need the items for my graduation soon! Finally, I will recommend Kalesafe over and over!

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about... I’ve never had an issue with kalesafe. I do think they could be more aware in that department. The clothes are definitely worth the money :)

I was really NOT sure when I was going to buy from kalesafe... I had read so much bad things here but I took a risk and ordered from there... first time I ordered 3 clothes it took a few weeks but it was so worth all the wait. Before ordering they always have the measurements of clothes/shoes so read them... I am so happy I found kalesafe!! I will definitely order more! Just waiting for my salary HAHA

You get what you pay for! Love this website, some items are of excellent quality some are not so. You just need to pay attention to the garment reviews and the material it is make of.

As for the shipment, each product arrived individually packaged, products conforming to the description. I am really happy with what I bought and I will definitely reorder So satisfied with my first order. ❤❤

I have been ordering from a kalesafe for a year now. And I've been satisfied every single time. The customer service has an excellent response rate. Whenever I wanted to modify something in my order (before shipping ofc) they quickly did it.

I ordered 5 items. The delivery was right on 3 but the 4th was a duplicate and the 5th was something I did not order.
As per other reviews, the quality is rubbish and the sizes are too small. When I say small that is both in size across the chest and length of the garment. I will not use this company again

Stay away from Kalesafe at all costs. I ordered a pair of shorts for $40 including shipping. In accordance with their sizing chart, I needed an XL which I ordered. Instead, I received a 2XL which was huge and useless to me. When I told them they sent the wrong size and I wanted to return for an exchange or refund, I was told that the size they sent was correct as they adjusted from an "Asian size to an American size". Total bs as I ordered the size from the US suggested size on their sizing chart. If I wanted to exchange for the size I ordered, I would have to pay the return shipping charges. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! Their best offer to solve the problem was to give me a $13 refund of the $40 I paid. Wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot so I could have avoided this company.

I've ordered from this company a few times. The quality of the items was good, loved the shirt, but could not get the measurements right to save my life. I will surely share this website with my known ones.

I bought several pairs of shorts. These shorts are perfect for working out or just lounging around. The material is stretchy and breathable, and they have a great fit. I highly recommend them!

The stuff you buy on this site are extremely cheap materials and at over double the price of even the high street. In comparison to other online outlets they're almost 3 times the cost. I bought 3 shorts at an inflated price having been fooled by the pics and when they arrived I could hardly believe how I had been utterly conned by these fraudsters. To add to the suspicion of this company i found that they're somewhat linked to Lighthouse which seems to be their other name! AVOID AT ALL COST! And if still in doubt, though Trustpilot is still the very best do check the many other review sites that cover various online companies and though I can't mention here just Google it.

Ordered a cheap shirt just to see what is would be after reading all those bad reviews. Ordered a 3xl, got the 3xl but it's babysize! If this is a 3xl, I hate to see a XL🥹
