I've shopped with kays for numerous years and always saved the cashback rewards till I've enough to treat myself to something nice. I haven't had any for well over a year now and I rang customer service to see why. Apparently you only get rewards if you only buy full price items and never have a late payment(even if you're only a day late!), well I know I've bought sale items previously and still earned my rewards so why change what keeps customers happy!

I recently ordered some items from Kandco, not only was I kept informed about the progress of the order, but it arrived early - a very pleasant surprise!

I have never brought from a catalogue company before but be came a fan when my laptop blew up and I could not afford to replace it fight away so I used a friends Kandco. I was so impressed I signed up and brought many good quality items.

very happy with kandco but was a little annoyed that I was offered the option of buy now pay later only for it to be declined at the last minute but all in all very happy with kandco and my purchases which were delivered on time as promised

Prices are way higher here than online or in shops but i suppose you do get to pay for them over period of time, with some of it interest free. Delivery of most items is quick, some items available/celivered the next day.

Okay for non clothing although can be a lot more expensive than other shops should be a few more clothes for the more mature don't want to dress i some of these things that younger ones wear mutton dressed as lamb

I love K&Co! There's such a huge range of things to buy, literally anything you think of, they sell it! It's affordable and I love that tou can choose the payment that works best for your circumstances! The deliveries have always arrived on time or even before! The couriers are always very friendly! I also love how you get loyalty discounts! Great website! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I have shopped with K&Co for many years and before them with Great Universal and I can honestly say I can count on one hand the issues I've had over the years I think they are great and will continue to use them for years to come their service is second to none and their call centre staff are always friendly and very helpful long may it continue

Expensive but convenient. Prefer a catalogue to looking online. Would probably buy more if had a book to look through

I have been with K&Co for almost 30 years and have never had a problem. Calls to K&Co are answered quickly and any queries dealt with in record time.
This review would have been 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that they have changed the rewards bonus. On occasion, I saved up my points to use against payment on my account. This has now been changed and I can only use the points to buy something. There are times when I don't need to order and this is quite off-putting. I am 83 years old and sometimes a "month off" from paying helps me out a lot. I really wish you could "review" this policy.

I ordered a mobile phone It finally arrived about 10 days after its due date
and kandco didn't seem to care, there attitude was these things happen there was no apology and the compensation offered was pathetic still they lost out as I brought a better phone from a shop instead

The reward scheme is not clear at all had a fair amount saved didnt know you have a limited time to use and it was just wipes from my account, they are quick to keep calling and email about any due or missed payments but when it comes to money you have saved with them not a peep from them, think its totally unfair and apprantly they cant do nothing about it and have just taken the money

At the moment I do not see my local courier much as she delivers some items and is not allowed to pick up returns. The Yodel drivers deliver and pick up most items.

My local courier is both polite and delivers always with a smile. Most of Yodel drivers do not smile and some do not converse very well either.

It would be nice to have a local courier who can deliver and pick up. Other than that Kays are a good company with a variety of items.

Take money out of your account when you have a nil balance then make up excuses not to refund your credit balance. Account Closed!!

Return process is easy to complete if you have to return any goods.

Great quality clothes and really quick delivery to my local collect + store too. Found some excellent bargains in the sale, will definitely be using k&co again in the future. Also found the customer services really helpful and polite too.

I've been shopping with this company for 30yrs, before when it used to be Kay's as well, brilliant service also. The quality of clothing and up to date fashion is always on trend. Customer service is really good, quick delivery and they keep you updated on products.
