A misunderstanding had been cleared due I had made 2 orders in the same week and the closer order numbers was the misunderstood.
At the end everything had been solved as the policy offered .

I'm basing this review solely on the responsiveness and handling of customer service, which is great! I haven’t received the products yet because I ordered it just yesterday, but 5 stars for the support team :)

Ordered a Levis t-shirt, got the wrong item. On top of that, it's a conterfeit item. I've contacted the support and got no answer.

Made an order of three product at this website, where they have send me the wrong products. After sending a complaint, they apologized for their mistake and said I do not need to pay the return costs.

Now, there is still an open bill of 10 (!) Euros return costs which I need to pay, as they claim (after 7 working days I got a respond btw) that, because it is more than 1 product, I do need to pay the return costs.

Overall terrible, really terrible service where they convinced me to make an account here to write my first bad review.

So, if you want to take the risk of 10 euros return costs + getting the right product you are here at the correct address, otherwise I would recommend you to order your clothes at a more safe page. :)

i ordered a hoodie for my boyfriends birthday recently. unfortunately it's quite misleading with the sizes, since i ordered a hoodie in M which was way too small, because the decription doesn't tell explicitely it's a womans size. the white color is unisex, while the blue color apparently isn't. 90€ for me is a lot of money, now i have to do a retour and pay 8.50 € on top to send it back and reorder the unisex hoodie and pay more shipping costs what is disappointing

Incredible product and they have a great web. You will be able to choose from many types of clothing to dress with urban style.

Bought a sweater in their sale at the beginning of November. After waiting three weeks without any information, I emailed customer service about what was up. I got an answer the next day late at night that they would look into it. And they left the situation like that. 5 days later, I had to email again to ask for information. Got the answer that it was out of stock and they couldn't deliver. Please, ofcourse it is out of stock a month later. And even if it is due to an error, as they claim, just let me know. Don't make me run after my order and my refund. They would've just left it like that if I didn't pursue it, twice. I will probably have to ask in a week where my money is. For the third time. Never buying there again.

I've purchased a hoodie and a jacket from Kaotiko, as the designs were cool.
The jacket had poor sewing inside the pocket and had to be fixed.
The hoodie wore out in 2 months and is full of holes, due to the textile being so thin. I tried to get it fixed, but the only way is to put patches on it as the material can not be sewn due to its thinness. Not to mention I paid 80 bucks for it in the first place (which was with discount, the original price was 100!)
That's just absolutely ridiculous to sell such badly made clothes from cheap textile with this price.

Customer service was no help and did not even reply to my email in the first place.
Save your money, there's plenty of cool European brands that will give you European made clothes for similar price and 10x the quality.

First they send items that look different than on their online store, second they don’t want to refund shipping costs, third they absolutely ignore your emails and messages, four you never see your 100 euros again 🙂 awesome scam brand

Awesome product but shipping took me 3 weeks in France. While I expected a delay I wish they were more transparent about how long it could take and I would probably avoid in the future.

Updated to 2 stars because the shirt shrank way more than expected with a 30 degree wash
