Dear Kapten & Son Team,
I am contacting you because my order never arrived.
According to the tracking information from Hermes, the package was delivered at around 21:00 and left in the designated drop-off location. However, when I went downstairs approximately 20 minutes later to pick it up, the package was nowhere to be found.
I have already contacted Hermes, and they informed me that because I requested a specific drop-off location, they do not take responsibility for what happened after delivery.
Nevertheless, I never received my package, and I urgently need a solution.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

A nearly seamless experience
Overall It was a very smooth experience. There was small hiccup with delivery updates not changing for a while. However thr customer support was prompt in providing updates.
You deserve a better parcel delivery company
Your parcel delivery company has dropped the parcel in front of my door while I am travelling for business in France. I was lucky enough to check my ring web cam 2’ ago otherwise the parcel would have stayed out all night and potentially be stolen. This is unacceptable. I know it is not directly related to your company or product quality, but I have no other way to complain about this.

Bali Bag, Love at first sight
When I first came to Vienna I visited the store. And I saw the Bali Bag and fell in love with it. Before buying something I would research all kinds of bags and my choice still came down to the Bali Bag. I decided to order it online. Delivery was also good as I got the bag within a week. I was so glad that it was so beautiful and spacious. It was also very stylish and holds a lot. I don’t live in Austria anymore but this is worth the buy if you ever thinking of buying from a very nich European brand with good quality but not mainstream.

I am a long time customer and is always satisfied with the product. There is one bag pack of mine that is used and the zipper was damaged, to the extent that I cannot use it anymore. I brought it to repair shops but unfortunately they cannot repair it. So my last resort was to email them (Kapten and Son) if they have a repair service and they responded promptly. They suggested a reclamation because they dont have a repair service. I just sent a picture of the damaged zipper and they approved my request of return and refund. After I returned the bag, they emailed back that they already received it. After 1 day, replacement was delivered---all new! I am even more satisfied with Kapten & Son.
