I bought this dinner set because I truly loved the design of the plates. They are beautiful, and I chose them specifically for a very special dinner I had planned.
Unfortunately, my experience with Karaca completely destroyed what should have been a wonderful purchase.
I ordered the Karaca Earth Collection Galactic 55-piece dinner set on January 11, 2026. When the package arrived, 7 plates were already broken (4 dinner plates and 3 large plates). For a brand that markets itself as premium, receiving damaged items right out of the box is already unacceptable.
What followed was even worse.
I contacted customer service immediately. Instead of resolving the problem, I had to send the same information and photos multiple times, again and again.
Eventually I was told replacement plates had been ordered and that delivery would take up to 21 days.
I clearly explained that I needed the plates by February 13 for an important dinner.
Today it is March 16 — and nothing has arrived.
No replacement plates.
No refund.
No real apology.
Just repeated emails asking again for information that had already been sent.
The most frustrating part is that I actually love the plates themselves. That is exactly why I chose them for such a meaningful evening.
But because of this entire experience, every time I see them I am reminded of how badly this situation was handled.
A company that charges premium prices should deliver premium quality and professional service. In my case, Karaca delivered neither.
What should have been a beautiful purchase for a special occasion turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have had in a long time.

I chose Karaca because the brand presents itself as a premium tableware brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
On 11 January 2026, I ordered the Karaca Earth Collection Galactic 55-piece dinner set. When the package arrived, 7 plates were already damaged (4 dinner plates and 3 large plates).
That was already very disappointing for a product that is supposed to be premium quality.
After reporting the issue, the situation became even more frustrating. The customer service repeatedly asked me to send the same information and photos again and again, even though I had already provided everything.
Eventually I was told that replacement parts had been ordered and that delivery would take up to 21 days.
I clearly informed the customer service that I needed the plates by 13 February for a planned dinner.
Today it is 16 March 2026 — and I have still received nothing.
No replacement plates.
No refund.
Not even a serious apology.
Instead, I keep receiving emails asking again for the same information or automated responses.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, this level of product quality and customer service is extremely disappointing.
My experience with Karaca so far:
• damaged products upon delivery
• questionable packaging or quality control
• very slow handling of the issue
• repeatedly requesting the same information
• promises of replacement that have not been fulfilled
• still no solution after more than two months
When a company charges premium prices, customers should also receive premium quality and professional service.
Unfortunately, my experience with Karaca has been the exact opposite.

Our electrical teapot began to show water ingres and leakage in the bottom kettle, which may become dangerous if not repaired.
However, KARACA sticks to their 2 years warranty and shows no aftercare or any problem solving side.
They reject any liability for their electronic home appliances the day after 2 years is fulfilled.
I will however bring this to the attention of EU guidelines for CE and will highlight this topic on any platform so people can spend their money on companies who can deliver proper Customer Service along with extended service for home electronic devices(no commercial gestures whatsoever)...bad bad bad, never Karaca anymore!

I attempted to cancel my order the day after placing it, but the “Cancel Order” button on your website did not work. I then called your call center to request the cancellation. The representative informed me that they were not allowed to cancel the order and advised me to simply refuse the package upon delivery. She explained that once the unaccepted package was returned to you, my payment would be refunded.
However, my order had not even been prepared yet—it was still waiting for package readiness at that time. This situation has resulted in a very poor customer experience. I have now been waiting for almost three weeks, and I still have not received my refund.
