Terrible experience

I have to say that this was the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in. We paid £279 for 1 night and after paying so much money everyone would expect a luxurious room as per their website. But when we arrived there, the room was completely different than the photos on the website. The room was dirty, there was only a bath that was very close to the bed, so when we had a shower, there was a water everywhere. All lights were made of cheap metal and some of them didn't work. From our front door you go exactly outside, so we had to have our curtains on all the time. I was there with my husband and we had 2 single duvets and the covers were one of the cheapest ones that does not close at the end and we had the duvets hanging out at the end. The toilet was very small and there was no sink in there, so we had to come out and wash our hands in the bedroom where there was a small sink. The basin of the sink was a metal board and the water was spilling everywhere. We had one window in the room that was covered by a wooden board with two small wholes. There was spider webs everywhere.

We paid for breakfast as well, but in the evening we realised that there was not even a restaurant where we can have our breakfast. We had to eat it on our bed, because there was no table and chairs in the room. Part of the breakfast was few slices of cheese that was really dry around the ends, also we were given one banana and one apple to share with my husband so we got half and half.

I can't describe with words my disappointment. Even If I get a free room, I wouldn't go there again.
