TERRIBLE service
TERRIBLE service. We were told we would receive our door (which was fully paid for in advance) during week 41.
On the Wednesday of week 41, with still not communication given to us, we emailed customer support and they advised the package is with carrier and will be delivered this week…it of course, was not.
The following week we emailed again, and even went physically to the office, and the response was “it’s with the external provider”, and still no update on delivery time, and NO COMMUNICATION unless we hassled to follow up.
I then proceeded to send an official and formal complain accordingly, on 21 October. I was advised I would receive a response within 3 days. Surprise surprise, 2 weeks later, after numerous follow ups, I still have not received a response to my complaint.
The door eventually came 2 weeks later than it was meant to, after we had to keep workers on hold for weeks due to the not knowing when the door will come, when eventually they had to cancel due to the wait.
Even after the door arrived, I kept following up for my complaint, to no avail. Horrible service.
