This company is a scam. Do not buy.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. After weeks I still do not have my backdrop. They have been making me wait due to their “shipping company” loosing my package with no replacement sent. They tried to tell me that I have to wait and would like to issue me a $15 credit when I will never repurchase anything from a company that still has not sent me the original item I ordered.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a product that turned out to be of poor quality and decided to return it. However, when I contacted their customer service, they refused to provide me with the return form and instead sent multiple emails insisting that their product was of high quality—completely ignoring my request for a return.

After several back-and-forth emails, they finally mentioned that I would need to return the item to China, which would be extremely expensive. This was never disclosed in their return policy on the website. I feel misled and frustrated as their return process is designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless you’re willing to take the risk of being stuck with an unsatisfactory product. Customer service and transparency are key, and unfortunately, this company lacks both.
