I'm a returning customer and Kates Skates are my go to for shoes. Good selection, decent price and quick delivery by a quality courier.

Fast delivery just disappointed at the poor condition of both the box the skates arrived in really worn damaged and dusty and also the stitching had come away on parts on the inside of the skates themselves. These were bought as gift for my daughters birthday she thought I had bought them second hand due to their condition!

Super fast delivery. Great choice of product. Got an Arbor Oso, bushings and wheels. Great prices. Will be using again! ☺️

i would give zero stars if i could! terrible customer service my daughter wore her new ice skates twice and they fell to pieces it’s a good job she didn’t have an injury on the ice, screws had fallen out digging into her feet and the whole bottom of the skate came off and i have sent several emails with pictures and not even had a reply!!!! i want a refund!!! the worst customer service i’ve ever known!!

Poor customer service.

Ordered two knee pad sizes via Decathlon website. Tried to return one back to store to be told it had to be completed online, and returned by post.

I tried to locate and follow the returns link but this proved challenging, as it was information only, and no option or instructions on how to generate a returns label. After several attempts on different occasions and found an email address; by the time I found this (after visiting store and redirected to website) apparently I’d gone over the 30 days. Confusing as Decathalon has a 365 day return policy so I was not panicking thinking there was time to find the return link.

Poor descriptions on website, or no information; I guess the company do this so that they receive less returns!

Tape not very good quality as doesnt stick, fast delivery and cheap- but that's probably why, sorry 😐

They will Steal your Money & Not Response To You… I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE/ITEMS!!!! It’s Been 6 Weeks & Nothing. They blame customs yet, the carrier they use HAVE NO RECORDS IF MY PARCEL/Package….
