Never again

Never again! Very negative experience for 1,5 hours rental few weeks ago IKEA Eindhoven. Untransparent and blurry pricing, final invoice price is far higher that expected primarily. For online reservation they require Dutch bank card (other EU countries bank card is not acceptable!!!) only - real issue for short term visitors on The Netherlands, deposit of 300 Eur was charged. Efforts to have explanation on unclear charges via email was unseccessful, they simply ignore your unpleasant requests.

Very good!

Im from Sweden. We visited my partners aunt in Rotterdam and rented a minivan from KAV. Perfect service and the people there that i was in contact with was very flexible and serviceminded!
