I started using this miracle balm a couple of years ago, after spending time and money on various creams that didn’t work for me. It was just by chance that I found this site, and ordered miracle balm. I didn’t have much expectations, but I was very surprised and relieved at the results, after suffering from severe soreness and relentless itching in my vaginal area for a long time, it was amazing results even after 2 days, using it twice a day. Ordering and delivery is very good. The only problem I’ve got is that I wish they would do bigger size jars. Overall though, brilliant product, life changing for me. Highly recommend.

The team at Kegel8 are always helpful and will offer you advice on your personal needs. They will suggest a programme for you to use. I had a few issues with my machine but each time they have been resolved well. I would certainly recommend Kegel8 and their devices.

DO NOT buy from this company unless you are ok with losing money, I purchased an item from them after speaking to the sales team which caused a problem almost straight away. Despite them advertising a 90 day no-quibble full refund I have been told that as I have used the product I am only entitled to a partial refund, I’m not sure how you can tell if something works without trying it. Customer service are not available to speak to other than their sales line despite saying that their offices are open from 8 until 4 Monday to Friday I have tried at various times of the day and the message is always our offices are closed call back during office hours.. I intend to take this matter further if I do not get a satisfactory response.

Very helpful advice given on use of product.

I am finally getting round to giving feedback on a dilator I ordered. I was disappointed by the size of the item I ordered. The website does not give measurements on the width of the item, only the length. I expected the item to be wider than my finger but it sadly wasn’t. Therefore the item was not fit for purpose for me.
Customers do not get a refund on the shipping fee - which is equivalent to 25% of the cost - if they choose to return an unused item. Having to pay shipping for the next size up when proper information on the size is not given on the website means that you have lost money and time as customer.

I did not receive any reply from Kegel. Their product was basically a cheap piece of sponge that they had charged nearly £20 for. It was unusable and a complete rip off. I have asked for a refund and received nothing.
