Excellent product and support

I am very happy with the menstrual cup. As a mum ,it's challengeing to go through those days and the cup it's my saviour. I got my first one 5 years ago. I really encourage to be changed every 3-5 years and to respect the cleaning steps. I used sterilising tables ( i dont recommend) for my first one and it got bad. I realised i made a mistake when i started to have allergy like symptoms.

Product are good but I have send a email and also tried phoning for the past week but it a answer phone tell you the opening hours so there is no customer service after you buy

This product does what it says and supports a vaginal prolapse. I wish I had known months ago about such products. I wash the item in hot water and leave it to dry overnight and then re-apply it each morning. I don't know how many times I can do this as, unfortunately, the product does not come with any practical information. Nevertheless, it has made a vast improvement to the quality of my life.

I contacted you regarding issue with purchase and requested to return item for refund.i had reply asking if item still in original package and I replied yes, no move contract received from you.i again emailed asking about returning item and no reply again.very poor customer service.

Your delivery was quick but unfortunately the product didn't work for me
The sizes were difficult to understand and the product l ordered was too big for me so trying to use it was very painful
I didn't realise it would be completely solid

Conductivity gel arrived last week with an expiry date of July 2025. When i contacted the company about this i was told this is the longest shelf life they have? So i will be returning it, not happy to pay £10 for something that expires in less than 6mths. Very disappointing.

I would've given 4 stars but there product reviews on their own website cant be trusted. I tried to leave a 2 star review for a specific probe (gold one) and it removed it . I looked again and noticed they suspiciously have no 1 or 2 star reviews. Its clear they aren't being honest

Got a new one, my old one must be 5 or 6 years old and is losing its power. Kegel8 does work but requires dedication to daily treatments

This little jar is exactly what it says miracle balm .As soon as you use it the itch subsides and relief .
Miracle Balm would definitely recommend to anyone. Since menopause I've suffered with a terrible horrible itch that is sore and uncomfortable, but this little pot of miracles has definitely worked .So amazed how quickly it's helped.
