I found Kelvins by chance online and saved almost 50% of the price of a Tungsten Mitre saw blade Vs Screwfix. The service was excellent communicated all the way through the process until it was delivered 11/10 will def use again highly recommend.

Can’t thank the staff for all their help in finding the Bosch sander plate . The actual sander is good so why throw it away when you can get a new plate !!!! Thankfully A Fielder

Very Disappointed with the service received. I ordered an item after receiving an in stock email only to be told at a later date that infact the item was on back order. After a wait of several days I was called to say the drill was discontinued and a refund given. Shortly after the refund was made I received another email informing me the drill was back now back in stock. Although this time the drill was listed at over £200 more expensive.

I would normally make a major purchase (in this case a Honda generator) from a national chain store (Screwfix, Toolstation Machine Mart etc). However, Kelvin Power Tools were marketing the Honda EU22i at a very competitive price. From point of order to the quick delivery was excellent. Kelvin Power Tools had also registered the generator guarantee on my behalf and even supplied the necessary engine oil with the purchase. Well done Kelvin Power Tools, I will have no hesitation in ordering from you in the future.

Really good delivery fast , if you try to email them and get no response check the spam folder! Seems Gmail flags their emails as spam

Bought a Bosch charger and battery kit, which arrived promptly by DPD. The charger had a faulty fan. Customer service quickly sent me a postage paid return label, and arranged a replacment charger which arrived in good time. Good customer service when needed.

This company are keen to keep me as a customer!
1. Ordered 2 Hikoki fan cooled battery chargers. As they originally come with the tool one tends not to want to pay a lot for replacements when the tool will last for decades.
2. These were over 1/3 cheaper than others
3. Postage was minimal at £3.20. Appreciate that.
4. They do have some poor reviews in which they explain any misconceptions, attempting to rectify.
5. My experience is that this company strives to do well and want to maintain a good reputation.

1. One of the chargers had an erratic performance. Informed company that I would give it time as it may be a temporary hiccup. It died
2. Phoned company who arranged replacement.
3. It arrived next day!
4. Exceptional service when some companies just fail to understand that customers need reassurance.
I shall be buying from this company again.

The worst online service!
When placing an order, I indicate the delivery address where I currently work, so as not to worry about how to deliver the tools to work, and in response I received that I had to go to the bank and receive an authorisation code so that my order could be processed. This is incredible stupidly.

My paslode came back from Kelvin powertools today and I first thought they sent me a brand new nail gun.
When I sent it off it was covered in PVA and gripfil but they managed to get it all off. (Wasn't expecting it)
Will definitely be using them again.

Not the best experience, I ordered 10 units on 20th January. I received only 3 units on 23rd. When I called them and asked them about it, they told me they have only 3 units available and remaining 7 units are backordered, and they will be available in maximum 2 days and you will receive email when we shipped them. Today, is 28th January and I still got no response from them.
Thing is, if you have only 3 units available why you are taking order of 10 units. Now, money is stuck for at least 5 days.

I ordered a Bosch Cordless combi drill during the Christmas holidays at a really good price including free delivery.
The website stated that if I was happy to wait for my order to be processed on 4th January, I would receive an additional 5% off. I was happy to wait.
I can confirm that my order was subsequently processed on 4th January, as stated.
Emails were received from Kelvin Tools and the delivery company on the 4th and the drill was delivered in a nice secure box on the 5th.
Great price and great service. Really impressed!
