They are happy to make a sale but …

They are happy to make a sale but if the product is going up in price due to high demand they will claim its sold out only to sell it weeks later at a higher price. This happened to me 3 different times now i shop elsewhere, Very shady practices from Kelzor.

and in response to the damage control reply typical from bad reviews. You had plenty of the items purchased in stock at the time of the purchase . I was told the product was discontinued and it was no longer available from distributors and 2 weeks later you are selling the same items you cancelled at a much higher price . and yes they are now available to purchase from your site. Shady practices from a shady seller

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have had a negative experience shopping with us.

However, what you are describing is simply untrue.

If we have a product in stock locally, and we receive an order for it, we ship the product. The only exception is for products that are subject to allocation or limited quantities. If a product is not in stock locally, however, there is a certain risk that it might be sold out.

You have shared information about an order you have placed on Cardmarket, for products that ended up awaiting a shipment from a supplier due to our local stock running out.
Sadly that shipment was delayed, meaning that your order ended up being canceled by Cardmarket - we did not choose to cancel your order.

We do indeed adjust our prices as time goes on, to reflect new prices from suppliers that offer products to us, as old stock runs out.
However, this doesn't affect pricing in existing orders - if you had placed an order on our own webstore, you would still have received the full quantity at the same price you had paid.

If you place an order for something that is in high demand, there is a high risk that other people do so as well. This means a higher risk of an item selling out if it is indeed in high demand.

We would recommend placing an order on our own webstore in the future in order to avoid the cancellation that you sadly encountered in this case.

Friendly and Fast

They were very helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions to help my purchase. Shipping was very affordable and fast as well. I would definitely shop from there again.

Amazing European Pokémon seller

Ordered from them 3 times on Cardmarket and everytime it was perfect. My products arrived in the described conditions with excellent packaging. Can absolutely reccomend buying from them if you're in Europe.

Good and fast service

Good and fast service. I got my order pretty fast, even tho it had to travel across all europe! The package was super secure and protected, the product inside was in perfect state. Totally recommended seller!

Inventory not visibly updated if in stock or not

I ordered some items from Kelzor, but got notified that one of the items i ordered were not in stock after paying and finalizing the order.
A follow-up email explained the situation, and that it was expected to be ready within 2-3 weeks.
It was sent after 7 days, and arrived on the 9th day after ordering.

I was not aware that's their method of business, but did not notice any disclaimers until i looked thru the FAQ.
When ordering, you can specify if you need it by a specific date, and their "about us" states that they order from international and private supplies, but not specifically how that might increase shipping times.
At the very least it needs to be better disclaimed.

As stated on the webstore, most orders are shipped within 1-10 days, as not all items are in stock locally - with some items having a longer processing time.
This is not the same as saying that website stock is not 100% updated - instead, no stock status is visible on the webstore, as we need to confirm each item being in stock manually, due to rapidly fluctuating stock levels.

In this case, your order was shipped just 7 days after being placed, during what we can already say will prove to be one of the busiest times of the year.

As is also stated on the webstore multiple times during the checkout process, we ask that a customer notes any deadlines they might have in the comment field during checkout, so we can work with you to find a solution in case something is not available before that date.
If a note about a deadline is placed, we will get back to you when processing the order regarding which items may not be able to make that deadline, after having confirmed stock for everything and set aside any items that were in stock locally.
In this case, just 1 out of 4 items you ordered was not in stock locally - if you had noted a short deadline for the order, we would likely have offered to change or remove this one item in order to expedite your order more quickly.

If you have questions about availability, you are always welcome to send an email about the matter to us before placing an order.

Kelz0r: The BEST in my opinion

Recently i had the idea of starting a new Hobbie, and the world of collectors in Pokemon TCG was my choice.

For a few weeks i orderer a few products from multiple sellers and as soon as i started to do so, i was hit with a lot of insecurity, silence, and a bit of fear about my purchases, not only because It were my first orders but because i couldn't get any information about simple questions like "Where, When, or Who".

All of that came to an end when i found Kelz0r. As soon as i orderer the response was instant, a greeting, a "thank you for the order", some information about Who they are, and of course information about the shipment, the tracking code, and the posibles URLs Where It could work.

It may be automatic, but, for sure the shipment was perfect, quick (one day before spected), secure, and It really doesn't matter it being automatic. It shows that they care, and for a rookie in something new and big like the Pokemon TCG world, It's awesome to find a seller like this.

Always buy from Kelz0r, 100% recommended :)

A reliably good experience

I regularly order from kelz0r, mostly board games or sleeves.
Their selection is impressive, also when it comes to games in english. Some products they have listed need to be ordered and hence require longer shipping times, but I never had issues with that and they are flexible when it comes to adjusting the shipping to your needs. Had to talk to customer service a couple of times and had an excellent experience. Keep up the good work :)
