I have bought several books here and I am very satisfied with them. Shipping to Denmark is a little slow, but I don't mind since the prices are fantastic. Two times my book has arrived damaged and both times they replaced it immediately. I am very pleased and happy about their great service and will keep buying books here.

Nice shop, friendly staff good selection

Unfortunately EXTREMELY slow service. I’ve made my first order on the 7th of April and until today (the 21st) it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I’m trying to find a replacement for bookdepository and haven’t found any luck yet. Guess its E-books from now on.

Update: I ended up canceling and refunding my order via PayPal because kennys customer service wouldn’t even bother replying to emails anymore lmao.

Received my book today. I am in England. I was happy with the time to receive my book and also with the postal price which was less than most ebay sites charge. The book itself is in fantastic condition, as is the protective slip case. The price was very fair. nothing negative to say. A well deserved five stars and i looked you up on trust pilot to write this review- I wasn' t asked. Now going to see what other goodies you can provide me.

I've sent books to family and friends and they charge a very small amount extra.
They sent the same book 3 times to my mum as the address was wrong and didn't charge a cent extra!

They are a great independent bookshop with cheaper prices than the other big brand bookshops in Ireland, although delivery was quite slow I was willing to wait it out knowing my money was helping a small independent Irish owned business.

Ordered 3 books, estimated shipping was up to 9 business days, received on 11th day that it will delayed. Finally they shipped it after 15 days, until then prices were lowering, which annoyed me, considering delays. I got the package today, the box was so dented and what I was afraid to see, happened. All 3 with bad dented corners, and the worst one with dirty bottom pages and also like it was in contact with water. Really bad condition. I know sometimes books can arrive with little dents, but this was the worst one I have ever seen, it really bothers me, considering I paid a lot for them and want to be in good condition.
Maybe consider using bubble wrap or old paper especially for international shipping.
Also this wasn't my first order.

I remember reading somewhere that Kenny's were one of the very first bookshops to have an online service. However they have remained a small, local bookshop. I think that buyers need to bear this in mind when ordering. It can take a while to receive your books. I presume there is only a small staff at work on any given day.
The first book I ordered was slow in arriving but when I contacted them to explain that I needed it urgently I got it a day or two later.
My next order is taking quite a bit longer. Still no notification after 10 days. However I prefer to wait than to give my business to Amazon or Abebooks.

have been happy to be buying from this bookshop for the last few years now.
range isn't too bad at all for a smaller bookshop, prices very reasonable & competitive & postage prices are excellent.
to top it off, customer service is possibly the BEST i've encountered in my years of buying books online.
i really wish other sites ('awesomebooks', powells books to name a few) took a page from their 'book' in that way.
in this day/age, customer service & actual human connection is slipping big time & all we really get are sub-standard items & horrible customer service from many companies (they've largely forgotten what it means to connect to others as PEOPLE).
it's strange to think these companies have forgotten that they exist because of US (the customer) - clearly, kenny's understand this...
i'd recommend this site/shop very highly in all aspects.

I say this is a lovely bookshop, however the service I found is very very slow. Ordered a book on the 23rd of July and it's the 8th of August and it is still to arrive / possibly be posted. Very disappointing as it's only down the road in the same country. As I say this is no reflection on the shop , just the online delivery service

Was able to purchase rare book. Arrived well packed and timely here in the Netherlands. Shipping was only 1 euro. Very happy customer from mainland Europe. Will definitely buy here again!

Great little independent Irish bookstore I discovered since Brexit. They usually have great prices and shipping to EU countries is only 1 EUR per book. They pack their books very well. Delivery time is a bit longer than some other bookstores as they don’t have many books in stock. If the book is marked “ships quickly” that means it is in stock and they usually dispatch it next working day.

We ordered some audio cds at the last minute and they were sent so promptly. Our little girls are thrilled and we are looking forward to listening to them on our long car journeys that lie ahead. There was also such a wonderful selection of products on offer. We will definitely be shopping with Kenny’s again!

My first order from Kennys arrived today and I'm very happy. The books arrived to Latvia within 9 days – shipped via An Post, delivered by Expresspasts. All books were packaged very carefully inside the cardboard box which was sealed tightly. As for the order processing: you'll always see the estimate time for each book when placing the order. Allow some extra days as they might need those to locate a specific book. The communication was prompt and easy.

Top service. Courteous and quick communication. Cheap postage costs (EUR 1.50). Speedy delivery to UK (2 working days, including day of posting). My book was on backorder, so processing took a bit longer, but got there in the end.

I recommend this shop and I will be back to purchase again soon

Books ordered December 11th and within guide time for Christmas delivery as stated in website. It’s now Christmas Eve and the order is still coming up as ‘in processing’ on website. No email updates either. Hugely disappointing.

I love this online bookseller. I prefer to buy Irish but fed up paying ridiculously high prices to a well known Irish retailer. Found this seller & have purchased from them numerous times, good website with efficient search, good prices with free delivery & a great selection. Delivery not super fast but arrives in a few days.

It takes about two weeks for shipment to Lithuania, and they're a bit slow to send out some books after placing an order. That being said, shipping is way cheaper than Amazon, prices are good, and there's no VAT to worry about. After Brexit this became my go-to place to buy graphic novels.

I bought a book from Kenny's as it was advertised as a "01" first edition, thinking it was a 1st impression, 1st edition. It wasn't. They seem to be passing off a variety of books as proper first editions when they aren't, and I find this extremely annoying.
