WARNING, probably bedbugs

An initially good experience is unfortunately greatly impaired by the fact that there most probably is bedbugs in the hotel. All the symptoms; bites and allergic reaction on my son and blodstains on the sheets at the hotel points to bedbugs. The hotel refuses to take responsibility and acknowledge it.
The bedsheets were clean when we arrived. The next morning there were brown spots on the sheets, which I at first thought to be crumbs of chocolate, but they looked like dried bloodstains. After the 2nd next there new and added brown spots that too looked like dried bloodstains. I asked the staff to change the sheets, as they did. Again the sheets were completely white and clean and the same dark bloodstains came the following two nights. My son got an allergic reaction the day we checked out and had 30-40 bitemarks. I have sent pictures of this to the Hotel as well as told about signs of bedbugs in my own home. The hotel totally rejects the fact that there should bedbugs.
Back home I talked to a pestilent who confirmed that from the description of accumulating nightly bloodstains of the sheets and the bites/allergic reaction the only explanation is bedbugs. VERY NON-HYGIENE AND BAD treatment from the hotel, denying the problem and refusing to provide compensation.
The begbugs and the Hotels irresponsible conduct leaves i appalling imprint on an otherwise nice stay in London. The room itself was nice and spacious and the staff quite polite. The local area was nice with good dining options and the distance to the underground to central London and Heathrow is great.
