Bought a Kenwood American style fridge freezer at £800 from Curry’s, first one delivered faulty, second one worked but month after guarantee ran out stopped making ice, not too bothered bought ice instead, now another 3 months done the line control panel changing temperature etc on its own, came home to it on holiday mode and had to dump food as too warm. Avoid this brand & invest in an LG or Samsung.

Kenwood gas range cooker!!! Omg purchased this from currys before i read reviews and it is not worth £60 never mind £600plus i paid! Oven keeps going out 4 times during cooking on average so need to keep going in kitchen constantly to check on food! Kenwood think it's acceptable to send gas engineer 3 times to fix problem. Still have oven here waiting for someone else to come try sort it out !! Seriously??

Kenwood Fridge Freezer, American style in both cabinets the plastic runners have broken and it only just on a year old ...poor quality runners get brittle because of the cold...not impressed

We bought a Kenwood fridge freezer in October2017.Since them we have had the loom changed twice and it is now playing up again. The fridge has stopped being cold. This time I have paid out £72 and I am expecting to pay more.
These may look the part but they are definitely not fit for purpose. Avoid buying at all costs.

Kenwood fridge freezer are rubbish they break every 6 months you can't fit a pizza inside unless you like it folded in half you are better off buying a cheap one like beko something like that we had one before and it lasted years my mum and dads one they have had for 15 years with no repairs done to it so I'm off to get a cheap one now

Brought a new dash cam from Kenwood.
Sent it back because my wife has got me one for Christmas.
Kenwood have sent it all back to me because I took the camera out of the package.
I never used it, put it back in original package.
Totally disappointed and disgusted with there customer service.
I am going to fight this but need some advice.
Will never use there products again.
I hope these message helps other people.

Brought a kenwood dishwasher in October 2019 and fitted December 2019 in new kitchen. It’s broken and kenwood are saying it’s date of delivery not fitting that counts as 1- year warranty. KEnwood offer 5 year guarantee on small products like food processors but essential item like fridges freezers dishwashers it’s 1- year warranty. Surely you would expect any product to last longer than 1 year given that WHICH States dishwashers should last 6 years at least but KENWOOD UK only want your money and then it’s bye bye get lost attitude f- off and stop ringing us

I would definately NOT recommend purchasing a Kenwood Fridge Freezer. Just over 1 year old and inside Freezer all cracked and foam showing through. Due to being just over the 1 year Warranty Kenwood nor Currys was prepared to replace the product. Terrible Faulty Product.

I have a breadmaker which I am very happy with. However, I have a problem, and I just need some help.
I cannot find any email address - the option is to phone, yet at 5am, there are no customer services, and I have other things to do - a 2 minute email - or a 20 minutes call - if I can call when they are around?
Kenwood, please help, and you can see your rating increase.

Fantastic service from Kenwood customer care team. My fabulous Kenwood food processor thermomix jug broke and when I contacted them to ask how I could source a spare part they offered to send me a full replacement jug immediately as part of the warranty. It arrived the very next day! Thank you Kenwood.

Kenwood Mini Chopper CH185 ...... stopped working working almost from new.... No replacement offered as apparently was manufactured over one year ago...
It is a 'Delia Cheat Gadget' and whilst it looks good and would be great if it worked, it is fit only for the bin ....My advice is to avoid this product and manufacturer.

My Kenwood Chef, it's still running very well after 30 years of use. Last year I was given a KMix, it gets used at least a couple of times a week and I use it for kneading dough all the time.

Had a slight issue with it today and have received excellent customer service.

Bought a KSBSW17 american style fridge freezer three years ago. In that time the motor has needed replacing twice and the circuit board once. The first time the motor needed replacing the engineer walked in literally holding the spare in his hand( I'd only described the symptoms on the phone) and knew exactly what to do without even having to check. So this is obv a common fault. Kenwood are a reputable brand in other areas ( notably the kenwood chef, I have an eighties one still going strong) so either this is made under licence or they've massively dropped the ball. Either way don't buy it, unless you're a budding fridge engineer and want something to practice on.

We bought fridge freezer about 2 years ago. In a month after purchase, the led screen on the fridge went off and could not be fixed, all this time fridge was working odd, sometimes freezing too much and sometimes unfreezeing and couple days ago it stopped working at all, the fan in the fridge just turned off and fridge stopped cooling, we have called professional fridge specialist to have a look at it and fix it. When fridge got opened up, master asked did we buy second hand? Answer to this was no, fridge was bought brand new. Mechanic looked at it and said that wires been damaged initially and been sellotaped. I've been really disappointed with this purchase.

Purchased a HM225 direct from Kenwood. They sent an HM220. HM220 on box, product and user guide. Customer Service said they could not help as they were sure I'd been sent the correct item, even though I sent photos of the HM220 received. Basically they are issuing old out dated stock and taking payment for more expensive items. I hope Trading Standards catch up with them.

I hav3 a fairly new kenwood washing machine bough5 online from curry’s and it has destroyed my towels and clothes it is the worst machine I have ever had . Iv3 had it just over a year and can’t get it repaired . eBay is destroying our statutory rights as sellers just ignore you,

Bought a heater delivered damaged. Had to go through Paypal to get any kind of response. Another heater was sent again damaged and no help from Paypal now. Kenwood must be well known for issues. Avoid, don`t waste your money

Purchased a Kenwood K250CFW17 in September 2017 from Currys. Replacement in January 2018 as water leaking under freezer. Now November 2020 and I had been concerned for a few months it was happening again, well it was big puddle underneath so new freezer (not from Kenwood or Currys) ordered and installed, poor product!!!

I have just purchased a new Kenwood Mixer as my 12 year old Prospero gave up the ghost after a small soup incident.
I received the item, from Parcelforce, box containing the item and wrapped in grey bag.
Accepted delivery and opened the grey bag. To discover the box is damaged quite badly. Pictures taken.
Now I thought why should I accept this expensive piece of equipment in this condition - Customers have rights don't they?
So I called customer service, listening to 3.5 minutes of the repeated message about Covid-19! We all know that people are working from home, do we need to hear it 3x on a message before we even get to speak to anyone?
A lady answered my call, and at first was very polite and accommodating listening to my query, quite simple, I wanted the item collected and another sent in better condition. She then popped off and spoke to a manager, came back and informed me that they would not take the item back and re-send one in a better condition, according to her I accepted delivery and that's my fault. So I need to ask Kenwood, you expect your customers to make Parcelforce stand at my door in this current situation and open the item before I accept delivery? So not only have I a potentially damaged item that she was more than happy to wait on the call whilst I opened and tested but there is nothing I can do until I start baking and the machine doesn't work, so then I have to call again and wait for them to collect and resend.. I did hang up on the lady in pure frustration as clearly reading from a sheet - no personal care these days.
I would expect more from a British Company especially in their customer service department, so for that they get 2 stars - 1 seemed a bit harsh. Review will be updated if when I use this machine it is faulty, hopefully someone other than this lady will answer.

I bought my Granddaughter a Kenwood washer dryer as a moving gift. The machine is only 4 months old and she contacted me to say that she could not use the machine as the door would not close. I rang Curry’s customer service as I brought it on Curry’s online, after 2 days and 3 hours hanging on hold I managed to speak to someone only to be told the first appointment for an engineer is 10th Dec ! That is not acceptable to not have use of a washing machine for over a months. The woman in customer service said that was a long time to wait, and was going to write an email, but I have not heard anything for a week now. Very disappointed
