shocking bad experience and customer service
so i bought a food processor for my wife as a present
turns out it was too bulky and smoothie attachement was just too small amd useless, so we wanted to return it and buy another one from Kenwood but they then cam back and said you have to pay for the return
2nd they spelt my wife's name wrong
I think most places would have paid for the return
I wrote to them on 11 march 26 about these issues and no one has bothered to come back to me
shockingly bad experience and customer service from Kenwood
we were going to buy from them again but no any more there is just too many competitors to buy from
a little bit of care and attention and they could have retained a customer rather than loosing one and tell people about our poor experience - what it is cost 10x more to find a new customer
such a shame been buying from Kenwood fror decades but not any more

Horrendous and Con company, horrible customer experience
Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Do not invest your hard earned money on Kenwood. They are full of liers and cheaters. My K Mix developed a fault and the screws came lose from head, which made it impossible to use. After many many calls to Kenwood's extremely unfriendly, impolite customer (dis) service, they decided to send it to Staffords Ltd for repair which is again cowboy company full of unprofessional, and lack of knowledge of appliances people they working on.
After again 2 calls to Staffords Ltd, received my K Mix with another issue. After calling kenwood again twice, they have decided to send it back to Staffords Ltd.
I am so sick, frustrated and disaapointed by Kenwood and regret buying their machine. Please do not buy from them, and if your appliance develop any fault, you will see how this Company will put you in the paths of hell.

Avoid ordering from Henwood
Placed order over 2 weeks ago, item still not delivered. Called kenwood for help (issue is Parcelforce delivery) Kenwood extremely unhelpful. Will avoid ordering direct from Kenwood again. Expected much more care and help!

Brilliant customer service
Delivered on time and the product is great. Did have a slight problem with removing the mixer bowl as the plastic ring was lose, but the customer service team were great. I managed to fit the issue myself but was impressed with the customer service team

Bought a Kenwood KMix
Was able to find a mixer I wanted, at a good price, ordering easy and delivery quick. Happy with the mixer which was a replacement for a Kenwood Chef that I have had for about 40years. Very pleased with my new purchase.

Lovely olive green toaster
Lovely olive green toaster, bought the matching kettle too for my new house to match my kitchen units. Very quick delivery and got both at a great price! Very happy customer. Highly recommend Kenwood. Had my first Kenwood mixer when I got married in the eighties. Very reputable brand!

Site kinda works
Site kinda works, but constantly lags. I had to wait for a long time, until my order appeared in the list after ordering, so I could cancel it. Very outdated design and it takes incredible effort to choose the device you need, If you have never used kenwood before.
Like tons of similar stuff, who knows how they differ. Comparison tool works much better at external sites, then kenwood official.

Ordered a kettle from Kenwood. Was kept informed when the product was being dispatched and date for delivery. Arrived on time and as I was not around it was delivered to my neighbour and I was left a card with details of whom was given the package.
