Kenzo Jeans 2025

Got a pair of jeans from Kenzo store in Malaysia in December 2024 After 5-6 wears and about 4-5 washes, holes started appearing . First around back pocket and second around front zipper . Showed store damage and repair I had to do and was told by the store that “everyday use and wear and tear was the issue”
I’m 53 years old and have owned and worn jeans from all designers and this is the first I can report of issues with them . Fyi

Very disappointing experience

I placed an order on the Kenzo website on November 19th. I later requested a return, which was accepted on November 28th. Since then, the refund has been pending on PayPal for an unreasonably long time.

On December 8th, I contacted customer service asking for an update, as no refund had been issued yet. Today, almost one month after the original order, the refund is still not completed. After all this back and forth, and two days after my last email, I was simply told that my case would be “passed to the relevant team”, with no clear timeline or concrete resolution.

For a luxury brand, this level of post-purchase service is extremely disappointing. Waiting almost a month for a refund, combined with vague responses and no clear accountability, does not reflect the standards one would expect from a brand like Kenzo. The overall customer experience feels careless and poorly managed.

I sincerely hope Kenzo will improve the handling of returns and customer support, because this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand.

I didn’t get my item and it was…

I didn’t get my item and it was delivered to the wrong house. They admitted to delivering it to the wrong house and told me to file a police report for a refund. Police didn’t think of it as anything serious so gave me a report a loss form instead. Kenzo is refusing to refund.

HORRIBLE Company to work for

HORRIBLE Company to work for. Especially if you work under any management out of the Beverly center store location in Los Angeles very unorganized , Messy , and lack of communication purposely from corporate to human resource VERY DISAPPOINTING And DISRESPECTFUL especially from “G” who works out of the New York locations. This is one company I do NOT recommend anyone to work for led alone shop at and this is coming straight from a former employee.

How do you give a person a “Regional Manager” tittle when they can’t even handle the duties of ONE Store led alone MULTIPLE locations..lol

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT within this company from the Corporate side down to the Retail Stores

Poor quality

Made online order for bed linen from this store. The duvet cover was completely covered in pellets after a couple of washes. The washing was done according to the instructions on the label. I contacted the manufacturer and received a reply that this is not a problem and they suggest going through the machine to remove the pellets after each wash. Horrible. Absolutely not what you expect from a duvet cover that costs 230 euros.

Avoid Kenzo Paris at all cost

Avoid Kenzo Paris at all cost. Their clothes are good quality but I returned 3 items over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. The site still says they haven’t received the package which is unlikely. I’ve emailed them three times the past few weeks, no response. I’ve tried calling them 4 times, they don’t pick up. Even during their working hours. I will probably have lost over 500 dollars. I will never buy from them again. Update: After repeatedly trying to contact them they changed my return status on my account to “No return requested”. This company is a scam.

Absolutely amazing

I love KENZO PARIS. I love their style and I love their products. Ordering from them was very smooth and a lovely experience. They helped me and solved every doubts I had. The shipment was very fast and the package was totally safe. They are awesome.

Awful company do not purchase from here. I never recieved my order DHL delivered it to a wrong address. Kenzo have not imvestigated the matter properly they are now telling me to contact the police. I am the consumer, police are not able to help me. Kenzo are refusing to give a refund. I tried contacting them again using their contact form online but they have deleted my order number so when i try to press send it says order number does not exist.

Such an awful company. Dont risk spending hundreds on pounds on an awful company, customer service in paris they dont even answer their phones either.

Is this a fake company?

Is this a fake company? For such a reputable brand name, there is absolutely NO customer service. I have still yet to receive my order K1466390 (I don't know where my package is), but yet when I try to use the contact form to contact them ( which btw is the only way to contact them), it says that my order does not exist. so, I tried to call them, but everything is in French and it is JUST a recording. (Not international friendly!) Will I buy Kenzo again? NEVER. Nor will I ever recommend them. SHAME. My teenage son will be super disappointed.

Kenzo online customer service is beyond terrible!

The customer service is terrible! No one answered the phone or provided real help. I sent an email requesting customer service to apply a promotional coupon (6/16 - 6/20/21) that failed to add after I checked out. I was told that the promotion was inactive when I placed my order on 6/16! They refused to cancel my order and was told the items were already shipped to USPS, which was a blatant lie since the order had no tracking or other updates available.
