Awful experience
My jumper ripped when I put it over my head, like I would any normal jumper, and after taking to the store I purchased it from who contacted Kenzo head office in Paris they did nothing! Put it down to being ‘mishandled’ which is ridiculous because not even a £10 jumper would rip by putting it on. They contradicted themselves completely by saying it was ‘high quality’ material, clearly when it ripped so easily!
Very poor quality
Very poor quality! I didn't wear my hoodie even once, but after the first laundry before wearing it, the back side of the hoodie was stained because of the bad quality threats on the front applique. Meanwhile I've maid the laundry manually in the cold water as it was advised by the producer. No response from the customer service, nevertheless they should have responded me within 2 working days. No response from the main office from Madrid. Staff in the store can't accept the item back without the decision from the main office. I've left an official written claim in the store. Awful quality and disgusting attitude toward the clients, worse than mediocre mass market apparel.

beyond awful ...they are uncontactable they don't answer the phone they don't reply to emails and they don't even send a receipt or any returning information with the goods... they didnt send me a purchase receipt by email (I used PayPal and they did send receipt)... clearly don't really care about their customers.

Management say 1 thing, but do another. Whether working or buying, I wouldn't recommend shopping here, or being employed by this company. For employment, there is no honesty and no respect. They will tell you in training to ask questions and when you do, they turn around and say how stupid you are four asking. Stay away.
Nice clothing.
Nice clothing, good quality, the quality and price don't match up though, too expensive, you can get something of better quality for half the price, but then again, people are paying for the logo XD.
Wrong item received, cant return, bad experience
I ordered my phone case on Kenzo and I received my wrong item. When I requested return that is approved with 3 documents have to be printed. And after, the carrier picked up this wrong order but 1 day later, they sent back my this wrong order. I dont know why?
I was so disappointed about processing return from Kenzo. I lose my money for the wrong item that I dont like. So annoyed.
Pleasant experience
I ordered sneakers on Friday in the evening and received them on Tuesday early morning. It took just one working day for the parcel to arrive from Orly, FR to Copenhagen. Very pleasant experience! And the sneakers looked even better than on their website.

Love that store. Super fast delivery, easy returns...in all that years i had only one "issue"...i ordered a dress, which i needed for birthday party...ordinary the delivery take two days, it was five days and nothing...i had contacted customer service...dress arrived...after one week Kenzo team send me apologize letter with free gift( bag for 150€) for inconvinience...how could not love them? Bravo, Kenzo team.
Purchased a $250 Christmas gift on…
Purchased a $250 Christmas gift on November 20th. I noted they they had an expanded holiday return policy. I did not read the fine print as I do a lot of online shopping and expected normal holiday returns. The gift did not fit and when I tried to return it they said I only had 15 days to return. So it would have to be returned in December 5th!! How can you return a gift before you even have the chance to give it to them?? I tried to reason with them but they refused my return. Now I am stuck with a $250 purchase I cannot use. I will never purchase from them again and warn others to be very careful as they are completely unreasonable. Horrible customer service.
Perfect shopping experience.
Purchased form there website many times, excellent customer service, immediately receive email with receipt for purchase and next day had email to say item was being sent then another email with tracking, item sent from France (to UK) arrived 3 days later. Unfortunately the Item didn’t fit so had to return it, returning was super easy and free. I’m guessing all the bad reviews are because they bought from a "fake" Kenzo website as I’ve purchased many times from Kenzo and they have always been professional.
Horrible service and will never order again
Package was shown delivered on 11/20 but never arrived. There was no driver stopping by my house and usually my dogs would alert me. Kenzo never send any email regarding the package is shipped or email to notified me the package was delivered. I have to login to the website account to find out that my package was delivered and is missing. Kenzo no longer offer phone service so I sent them an email and it took them over 48 hours to respond stating they will conduct an investigation and refund if the package is lost BUT I DO NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANT THE SWEATSHIRT I ORDERED. Because of their slow service, I turn to my credit card for dispute. The next email I've got from them was to tell me to remove the dispute so they can refund me with no apology. My first time ordering and very disappointing experience. I would never order again from Kenzo.

The quality of the clothes offered is definitely great. I bought the oversized hooded sweatshirt dress and it's cool.
Quality good but not luxury; no wonder why the sales.
Fast shipping and the product was well packaged; big box and inside protected good.
I started to see after a few weeks of wear the minute details on the in and out of the shoe beginning to fault. All of these can be noticed only when closely inspecting; the quality is good but not luxury.
Beware of fake kenzo on Instagram
So many fake kenzo posts on instagram, be warned! Kenzo must come from official sources. The main ins ads take you to a page with a different domain not kenzo official. I think half the complaints on here are for the fake kenzo site. Had great dealings with real kenzo, my sweaters are thick and luxe!

I ordered an item & I misspelled my…
I ordered an item & I misspelled my address. They continued to email me saying to verify my address, but in the email it never shows how to. I go to the website and the website states once you place the order its nothing to do about an error with address, but they still took my money. Theres no customer service number, just emails. So unfortunate & unorganized.
Great service
My item had a wrong label in it, I filled in a return form Friday, it was collected Monday, received back to Kenzo Wednesday and refunded Friday. Excellent service, no faults what so ever.

How do you change your product price in a matter of a month, absolutely stupid, 30% off in July to 50% off in August for the same junk, I thought the product would be made in Japan or France but you know where it was made, why should we pay those prices when they cannot even sustain a price point in the market. I am never going to give my business to kenzo. Burberry is way better, trendy and customer service is top notch, I don't know why I shopped at kenzo
